It was great for work, the Wifi signal was quite poor, but the place was clean, and cozy and I was comfortable.

On arrival I was informed I couldn't get the place I booked. Then the next morning I was informed after placing my order for breakfast they don't have one of the ingredients. The maintenance of the room I got was not up to standard. To be woken up at 3am on a Sunday of a woman screaming because her stuff was stolen from the unit below and the motion that took place after that. So I woke up tired to get up and check out.

On arrival they never gave us the gate code so we sat and rang the office bell a few times but nobody answered. Once we got in they gave us the wrong code when we were heading out and said the information booklet in the rooms were not updated. The Luxury tent had scratches on the roof and when it was storming you could feel the rain fall on you. The food was not the best but was edible. VAT was included on everything single thing we had and we were not aware of that being the case. The bar prices were not the same as what your invoice is at the end of your stay which was a shock to us.

We loved how peaceful the atmosphere was. The self serve bar was something unique.

The fact that no one informed us that there was a generator behind our room which meant that we had it went on late into the night and early morning and therefore 2 nights of broken sleep. If we had been informed or given a choice of rooms that would have been appreciated.

There was no wifi for three days despite the big advertising how important it is for a luxury accommodation to offer good quality internet. One evening, the gate was locked and my guest had to wait 105 minutes outside the gate until he could get inside at 10pm. Not even the security company had access. Instead of an apology, the manager notified that the generator will not be turned on to save on diesel, so guests have to use a torch to get dressed. Then the gate was locked so my guest could not leave the premises and again had to wait forever until finally someone was found to unlock. Absolutely unacceptable in case of an emergency. No apologies were rendered by the manager, just excuses being made. Owner then offers full refund (which I refused to accept but asked for refund for cost incurred for no wifi) which is later cancelled without apology but abuse by manager. Very disappointing and totally unacceptable.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Had stayed previously at this accommodation. However this time round, no one was there to let me into the accommodation, had no were to sleep, managed to eventually find another accommodation.

1. The intercom kept saying "the number dialed dialed doesn't exist." 2. The contact number either went straight to voicemail or was not answered, there is no alternative contact. We were at the gate for an HOUR until another guest came and gave us the pin. The pin given to us on email did not work. The place was great but ya'll need an alternative contact or the intercom must go to reception not someone who is not in the property. Lastly when the wrong pin is punched in, there must be someway the intercom beep reaches the reception.

The luxury tent was perfect for a refreshing gate away. I loved the atmosphere, trees, fresh air and the sound of birds in the morning.

We requested for Halaal food prior to coming through, we got confirmation there would be halaal food, when we sat to have breakfast the staff didnt know what we were talking about
