Please put the TV in the room. There will be no need to go down stairs for the TV. If you are tired you want to stay in the room

The wooden flooring on the upper rooms made noise when we were sleeping. I also like the cat that is in the plot.

The location of Kearsney Manor is in a quite and peaceful plot surrounded by nature.

It would be nice if the rooms had a TV. The dirt road leading to Kearsney Manor us horrendous especially if you have a normal sedan.

Kearsney Manor is a beautiful place. Peaceful and tranquil. Lovely surroundings.

The drawback is that one must buy food for lunch and dinner in town, and bring. But, if you know about this, there are plenty of magic places to eat your food, outside on the porch, in the garden or in the beautiful dining area.

This Victorian Manor is a “must go”. Kearsney Manor is an echo from the past. This is where the Sugar Family Hulett once lived. It’s also the place where the prestigious Kearsney College was founded. It’s striking how much of the interior is yet left from the olden days. The stained glass and the Italian floors as well as the staircase are all pure beauty. Now, one should be prepared that the manor does have quite some need of renovation, still, the surroundings with trees planted by the Hulett’s make the place very special. Think; Orry Maine’s mansion in the good old TV series -North and South-. So, to understand the landscape and the settlement of the North Coast, Kearsney Manor is the right place to be. Kearsney is family run. An absolutely extra ordinary service by the hostess and host. Beds and sheets are nice, the shower has plenty of water. The breakfast is a fairly ordinary South African English Breakfast.
