There is no swimming pool but it did not bother too much since the weather was not good.

It was suitable for us as we were a group of 4 adults and three kids. We received a warm welcome from the host.It was easy locate the place everything we needed for rest of our stay was there.

The only thing I wasn't sure of was a small leak, I think it was from the wash machine, even though we didn't use it on this occasion. But it was small nothing major.

The location is lovely overlooking the ocean. Property is also close to amenities when required. It was our second stay at the property as we really enjoy it. The hosts are lovely people, welcoming and just let you enjoy the space.

Not the owners fault, but during load shedding (3x a day) there is no water available. (there were numerous bottles of water provided) Lots of mosquitoes.

The near by sea u cant swim in it, it has rocks and if u want to swim you have to drive a distance there is no pool in the premises. The water problem in the area is really bad for business.

The lady that was helping was very friendly and attended to all our needs. The house was perfect in terms of space.the indoor briaa area was the best since it rained and we could be out too much.

There are some plumbing issues that come and go.

The location is great. Everything is a few minutes away, the view from the balcony is perfect. All you really need to take is clothes and towels.

The plumbing was a major problem Only one toilet flushed properly The basins and showers were jamming....water not going down the drain Only one towel for an entire house that sleeps up to 7...that was very disappointing The upstairs was infested with flies. I am not making a biggie over it just letting you know as asked

Power outages also result in water shut off as there is a pump that works on the jojo tank. The people at the rear of the property kept on switching off of the power in additional to the normal power outages. Electronic access is necessary especially at night. Generator back up is needed as power outages average 6 hours for our stay. Gas option as an alternative - no cylinder was available.

the accommodation was great. fully fitted kitchen downstairs but we opted to use the upstairs kitchen because of the great sea view. comfortable. especially the upstairs bedroom! clean an neat.

Would recommend blinds/full curtain - for the upstairs bathroom to fully cover the window length.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Khaya La Manzi, such a relaxing place to be at. The upstairs kitchen was our favourite spot, with a lovely view to the Ocean. The bedrooms were all beautiful and very comfortable. Close to amenities needed as well and very kind hosts :) Everything a family needs for a comfortable stay is covered on the property.

Excellent location. You can literally view the sunrise from the upstairs balcony. Walking distance to the beach and to the ok grocery shop. The owner was friendly. Everything you need in a kitchen is there. I was impressed by how professional Tia was in resolving the booking issue we had even though meant financial loss on her side.
