the parking is too small for big vehicles, it is okay for sedan type but not user-friendly for USV

I enjoyed the warm pool mostly and the quite place Kiara is, especially for someone who needs to rest like I did. The restaurant food was excellent

I love the view, rooms are nice and clean, there’s daily cleaning and the facilities are cool too.

If you stay at the Villa on the ground floor, the adjoined villa has wooden floors, so you can hear people walking around in the upstairs rooms.

Property is very family friendly with game room, outdoor activities and indoor heated pool. It also has an onsite restaurant and convenience store. Gym and laundry facilities also available. The villas have staff to assist with cleaning rooms and braai area in a daily basis.

if we were given more info about bringing our own food and the staff should be trained to help guests about the restaurant menu, things like, most loved meal or ordered meal etc, they seem not to care/not shown any interest when we ask and told us to read the menu, most guest we come from far and very tired to read those small letters on the menu. We did not have any ingredients to make coffee in the morning, please make sure that the staff refills them for guests

The bath tub plug was not working and we had to use a shower most of the time. The shower itself did not keep water temperature consistently hot throughout. The temperature kept on changing every now and then.

In a nut shell, all was exceptional 👌. The superior villa no 46B was very clean and close to everything. In terms of hospitality, I cannot fault you on anything unfortunately.

The rooms are very clean, neat and modern. The kitchen had all the basic utensils needed. Everything is well thought of. Beautiful area with lots of big trees and mountains around the lodge.

Bought an all-inclusive pass to have access to activities at facility (tennis, putt-putt etc), but when we wanted to play putt-putt we still had to buy balls and shop informed us that they only accept R5 coins to get golf balls and not cards Also shop tenant leaves frequently during shop hours and then shop will be locked and unavailable for usage

Picturesque scenery in Maluti mountains, spacious units, clean and well maintained. Children enjoyed multiple amenities available especially covered, heated swimming pool

The receptionist were terrible. They didn't welcome us well. When we arrived they assumed that we were there to view the place. We were made to wait for almost 45min for the people to showus the place. Only to find out when the people arrived that we are the guest to check in. They must learn to listen before making any assumptions/conclusions

The lodge is situated in a right place with easy access to the main road. Beautiful place and kids friendly although I did not bring kids along. Value for money.

The room was very nice, just close to the generator so a bit loud during load shedding. All the facilities wer great, the staff at the restaurant was amazing and attended to all that we needed, the heated pool is a winner, enjoyed gorge swing, jumping pillow and pedal boat.
