We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaThe parking arrangement is not pleasant. It at the back of the hotel and you have to walk right round to the street and back to the entrance. At least if there’s a back door for stayers. My bed sheets had a big stain but were clean.
The room is exactly as in pictures and the bed is comfortable. We had a comfortable stay with enough towels also.
