The security made the women feel unsafe. one of them were cat calling and the continuous asking which room are you going to made the experience feel uncomfortable.

Agnes was amazing, she walked the team to their rooms and we had an overall positive experience.

Apartment was exceptional, well designed and had everything one would need when travelling. The dedicated work station, gym and pool were a bonus.

Nothing to like everything was perferk

When we arrive Dede the guy was very friendly.he showed us where to go what to do. Helping all the time. Agnes also when we asked something she responded quick via whatsapp. Quiets / close to everything / we felt very save.

Not a negative but something to make the apartment even more awesome, and that would be to equip the kitchen just a little more. Two sets of washing-up cloths would be nice. Also more kitchen utensils (scissors and pots and pans for cooking). I would also like to suggest a set of beach/pool towels for guests to be able to use at the pool area.

Absolutely everything. From meeting Agnes on arrival to our departure on our last day, everything was phenomenal. A lovely comfortable apartment with everything as shown and described in the advertisements. A very comfortable, safe and superbly located apartment. Having access to the indoor heated swimming pool was brilliant as well. The kids and I absolutely loved that.

Only 1 little detail.....the couches and chairs in the lounge were a bit uncomfortable for lounging and relaxing.....we kept sliding down, out of the seating....lol...... One or two more sharper knives would be great. An extra pan and oven roasting dish would have been awesome But we made it work in stages....thank you

It was convenient and favorable. All the staff were excellent. The apartment was great and Agnes saw to any requirements/ requests we had.

Everything was wonderful, with a beautiful view and stunning gym, hot water jacuzzi, swimming pool. Agnes was a lovely host and walked with us all the way to the entrance of Canal Walk and was so kind and friendly with a warm welcome. Everything we needed was in the apartment, even a washing machine. Free Coffee, tea, sugars and milk powder for the mornings was included as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap. Everything was just very comfortable and the beds were very cozy with lovely linen.

The bedroom window did not close properly and on windy days there was a howling sound.

My host was very efficient. I was a concerned about the check-in due to work and timings however, there was no hassles, and my host was available to check me in early as well. Close to the mall and restaurants.

Trish looked after us and her communication in dealing with us on a daily basis was impeccable. She made us feel at home and attended to all our needs.

We experienced a water outage at some point during our stay. We also experienced electricity shortage which was a great inconvenience because we weren’t informed that there would be limited electricity

The property was very beautiful & quite well maintained. It was in a safe environment close to canal walk and other shops nearby. It was cleaned daily also which was good

Staff were amazing, location is brilliant and it certainly is great value for money. Everything is exactly as promised on the listing and photos. We had a great welcome from Tish and the security are so friendly and helpful. The apartment is luxurious with great views and easy walking distance to coffee shops and Canal Walk shopping centre. We will stay again!
