We would have liked to play some padel but the courts were really busy the weekend we were there with the local team playing. It would be great if some time could be reserved for guests, as we didn't know we should have booked in advance. Just a very minor point, we still had a brilliant stay.

Beautiful rooms, great breakfast and the staff were really friendly. The bungalow cottages are set in beautiful gardens. Great value for money too.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. The grounds are quite incredible. The room itself was enormous, with all the amenities you'd expect along with a huge comfy bed. The on site restaurant is brilliant, to the extent you don't need to leave the site to eat if you don't want. The staff were the friendliest we'd met in a hotel and couldn't be faulted. Would highly recommend to anyone if in the area.

A mix up with dinner reservations at the start of our stay was a bit unpleasant and not well handled by the gentlemen that dealt with us. The rest of the staff were perfect.

They should make an effort concerning solar and battery backup. We had loadshed stage 6, and at least the lights in the rooms should work.

No generator to deal with load shedding. Sun loungers were tired and uncomfortable. Restaurant staff were unable to provide a breakfast menu and found it difficult to understand you would be willing to pay extra for dishes to order.

Breakfast was good but could have more options. I like rooms with blackout shades and my room qas very bright in the morning. Found a big spider in the bathroom. Kind of scary but it’s part of being in the countryside

We stayed in chalet number 18. While it was absolutely lovely, and well appointed, comfortable and gorgeous, there is a pool filter shed behind the room, and it made a sizeable noise all night. That is the ONLY complaint we had.

It was a lovely 2 days spent with you. We particularly enjoyed your restaurant and the food. It’s great to be able to enjoy a glass of wine, and not to have to drive anywhere afterwards. The swimming pool was a most welcome addition in the hot weather.

Stunning location and peaceful setting, quality throughout. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation, everything was finished to a very high standard. Staff were friendly and excellent throughout. Gardens are superb, a choice of two very clean pools. We had a lunch and evening meal here and both were brilliant.

I loved all the flowers and plants around. It is a very quiet spot, so we were able to rest well. The apartment is very comfortable with a lovely big bathroom. I can highly recommend int!

There were no poppadoms served with my lamb curry!! They had run out..

The estate was well laid out. The small details were excellent. I particularly loved the L'Occitane bathroom products. I wanted to keep washing my hands..🤗 the capsule coffee ☕️ machine in the room another premium touch. Also the thought to put an umbrella in each unit, which helped during the rain on the day we left. Beds were comfy with good room lighting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the grounds are well maintained.. would have loved to stay longer.. Indeed a special place. Would highly recommend it 👌
