A bit far from Addo

It was absolutely beautiful the accommodation was superb & so comfortable. The staff were so accommodating & friendly. Lovely setting.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the good breakfast, die pool and gym, the fact that we had 2 x rooms next to each other, the coffee/tea in the rooms, very neat bathrooms, clean linen and very friendly and helpful staff members

The breakfast could have had a nicer touch with a wider range of bread, cold meat, cheese and cereals. Location-wise, we found it a bit too far from the Addo EP main entrance.

Very nice. Really good that they gave us - as a family - two adjacent rooms which do connect with each other.

Bookings on the booking.com website could be misleading as the website asks for number of children, including their ages, so the assumption is that when you request 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 toddlers that it would be a family unit instead of two separate rooms that are not linked.

The staff were very accommodating to set us up as a family in one room. The food at the guesthouse was great and it's a great location to get to Addo Elephant Park.

It was further from Addo than I realised, exacerbated by endless road works but I would not have changed anything

The staff were all delightful and couldn’t be more helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The grounds were lovely with a small but sparkling pool with quality towels provided. We had dinner twice, each time delicious, and breakfast twice which was equally plentiful and perfect. This is a real gem.

Disgruntled maintenance manager. Spoilt my beautiful Fri Morning.

Everything about this place is amazing except for the disgruntled male owner or manager or maintenance guy. I spent maybe 5 or 6k at this establishment from Sun the 1st of October n still booked in till Tue or Wednesday and after spending all this money u get a disgruntled male with kak n bull stories n what's even worst get told to book elsewhere..aiy not on at all. Ladies struggle to keep this establishment to a 10 rating and u get 1 Rotten Egg mess this whole thing up..He needs to learn ppl skills seriously.

We had loadshedding and they had troubles with the generator that was unexpected the one night that was unpleasant and the power only came back on the next morning

We stayed in room 6 and it was lovely for a little family (baby) and we stayed one night in room14 also a lovely room, food was great, people were friendly and rooms were well equipped.

The company charged the rooms on the booking.com app as well as demanded an on-site payment. I notified the administrator that payment was made, but the company instisted that an amount was on hold. This was not the case, and a double payment was made. The company did not follow up to rectify the overcharged amount.

Easy check-in and easy to find. Rooms are quite big. Super friendly restaurant staff.

Nothing really other than a long way from attractions eg Addo park 50 km and the terrible roadworks which played havoc with strangers and navigation around the town. But this will too in time pass.
