We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was great with 15 min for the Kruger Gate. 5 min drive to the malls and restaurants. The staff was nice enough to pack us a breakfast box as we left the lodge at 5:30am to get to Kruger National Park.

South AfricaAlthough the pool was beautiful I found that it needed some more tending to (cleaning) as I noticed some frogs in it when taking afternoon swims. Otherwise, the start was beautiful and the facilities were well taken care of.
I loved the friendly staff especially by the restaurant. The place was very peaceful and beautiful too.

South AfricaThe bathroom had a really awful smell, i would suggest that you install a bathroom fan. Air-conditioner for unit no 1 not working and the room was stuffy. The main door is hard to open and close.
Price is very reasonable and includes breakfast, which was good. The kitchen staff was friendly and helpful.The reception area is nice with beautiful safari feel decor. Security and receptionist were friendly and welcoming. Kiddies pool very nice and clean the kids had a really great time.

South AfricaThe Safari Tour arranged by lodge was so rushed by the driver. We never did any other activities through them. I know it's outsourced, but that is still the lodges responsibility to ensure guests get a great experience. He thought we didn't understand his language, and he ignored sightings we truly wanted to see that was being sent to him on his phone.
We had been given a larger chalet than our original booking so we didn't receive what we saw as advertised, but due to it being larger, we kept it even though much older. Staff was very accommodating, and my husband hurt his back and they even gave us a chair from the diner to help him. The cleaners took special instructions to get new sheets as when we arrived, the ones on were stuffy. Enjoyed the food and views.

United KingdomAccessible features for a wheelchair user could be better. There are no ramps. Walkways are narrow in places. The room was on the flat and the door wide enough for a wheelchair but once inside there were no disabled facilities.
Staff were brilliant. The Lodge have their own safari vehiles and guides. . Chadrack our guide was amazing. helping with my granddaughter and her wheelchair. He was very informative telling us all about the animals. The food in the restaurant was good and the main lodge was lovely. Our room was adequate. Beds were comfy. Everywhere was very clean. Close enough to Hazyview which had a great Mall. We had a hire car to get around in.
