Shower and toilet are in the same room, best if separated. Basin in the bathroom is blocked, maintenance tried to fix but still didn't work.

We thought the place was situated insidee the bush, not so close to the street. The vibe on the photos indicates bushveld, it was not like that. There is no milk in the room

Booked a family room, it was very clean&lovely with working aircon and sufficient supply of hot water - bar fridge was however rather small, slightly small than a 10L. Food was delicious and restaurant staff friendly, esp Lorraine.

the toilet maintenance was an issue it was leaking and both rooms smelt of urine. I hope they fix that. not having a fridge in all rooms is an inconvenience

I didn't like those small glass of juice ruther charge us normal glass.the kiddies menu needs improvement special soft porrage your oats maltabella so forth, Please adjust menu we stayed there for 4days and eat same time for breakfast and dinner...

The neighbors played loud music until late at night and from around 7 again the next morning, on a Sunday! Maybe the personnel can be a bit more strict on noise.

Airconditioning was the best welcoming bonus when we got there. It would be nice is they switch on the a/c an hour before you get there. The sitting area on the stoep is a bit uncomfortable. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, really nice to go there and meet friendly faces.

There is a need to improve on your breakfast. Kindly improve on your menu. Dinner was more better than breakfast. The only thing that did not go well with dinner is that during the Braai dinner, the lady who serves the soft drinks on the night i was there did not explain to me that the drinks she is serving is not part of the package of the dinner. I requested her to bring the drinks. on my day of leaving i was then told to pay for the drinks of dinner. I was shocked because she did not explain before hand that I should know I am going to pay for those drinks. if it is dinner tell customers that you pay for this and this is not part of package you must pay for this. Thanks.

The tented accommodation was comfortable with all you need, lovely view into the bush and hills. It was our anniversary and I asked them to make it special - and WOW did they deliver - got to the deck at the restaurant and they decorated a table for 2 exquisitely with rose petals and red flowers and decorations - it was so special. Thandeka and her staff were just awesome and so accommodating, and the 3 course set meal for dinner was just delicious, as well as a great breakfast the next morning - Would give then 10/10 for making it so memorable for us - well done!!!!
