No hot water flow in the main bathroom. Light keeps switching off in second bathroom. Reported but not yet sorted out in the 2 days we spent in the unit.

The TV never worked. Reception responded but couldn't fix Towels and linen tired! No chopping board Cheap and difficult to use can opener Upstairs aircon squeaked - couldn't use call for batteries in the remote The control of the guests next door on the Friday night was not satisfactory. Your correspondence emphases the importance of no noise after 10.00pm. The people next door partied and moved furniture all night. We called reception at around 3.15am and they said they would send security. Whether they came or not, who knows the noise went on all night. They did not sleep.

It was very noisy as the unit is on the boundary fence and we could hear the music from the houses/restaurants outside of Kruger Park Lodge.

There was no sheet or top sheet on the bed in the main bedroom; because we went to bed around 2 am it was only discovered then so i had to look for sheets and make my own bed. It was handled the next day after I had reported it to reception. But the apartment could have been cleaner in general.

Location of the chalet by the water. Ducks, monkeys, mongoose and all sorts of other animals. Golf course, swimming pool. It's a great space to hang out with family or friends.

No power backup, no alternate option to cook food. Keys were not well organized, Struggle to open main door.

Nice greenery, well maintained property as well as the facilities. Near to Kruger park. Friendly staff.

As international travelers it was rather disappointing to have the intermittent & super slow WiFi capped. This was frustrating as we had to stay up to date with emails for business purposes. We've stayed in more reasonably priced accommodations in the same area that offered free WiFi and had great facilities as well.

We loved the location. Close to town, yet it didn't feel that way. Also close to the Kruger Park which is the main reason we chose this property. The hippo pond was a treat.

1. All good, miss representation regarding wifi. was advertised that there is free wifi. main reason we booked there. only on day 3 did I call as there is no wifi password, they informed me that there is only 1 gig per day. if that was the case, I would not have booked at the place. we needed to conduct meetings. 2. Was not advised prior to booking that only charcoal fires are permitted. problem for me

the unit was not ready to our expectations. Sliding door was not working as the main entrance to the unit, no hot water at the bottom floor bathrooms and no lights at the outside braai area. Had to wait for maintenance team to fix all this in our presence. Abit annoying

Lodge is a bit dark and dank, and poss damp smelling. Shower too small and showr head sprays all over the place. Shwer basin/tray was blocked no(or not e nough) signs to the reception--got lost at night

The lodge we stayed in was about as far from the reception and most activities as you can get. The lodge itself was comfortable but had no inverter for when loadshedding occured. The wi fi did not work nor did the phone. The upstairs t.v. also did not work and the a.c. in the upstairs bedroom made a lot of noise, the one in the master suite also sometimes was quite loud but generally got quieter the longer it ran. I have stayed at KPL in the past and none of these issues had occured during the previous stays. Maintenance workers also left their toolbox and supplies behind my car which forced me to move all of it on to the lawn before I could even back my car out of the carport. The 1 gig of free wifi only lasted about 10 minutes even though I only used it for checking email and not streaming anything so I suspect it was much less than the gig that was offerfed.

The lodge area itself is very nice. The golf course was immaculate. The activities available were very good for both adults and kids. The maid service was very good.

The location of the Chalet is not good. It had a bad smell to it. Very small for a 8 Sleeper. There were worms and bugs in my bed that bit me the whole night. we checked out the next morning 😡😡 Really pay and scratch 😡
