We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This unit has a private pool which was great for kids. There was a bit of an odour from the main bathroom which I alerted the owner of and it got sorted. Easy access into the Kruger through Phabeni gate. Shopping mall close by. Very family friendly with kids activities. Friendly staff at the restaurant. The lodge is as you see in the pictures.

The bedrooms were beautiful and both had an ensuit. The girls slept beautifully each on their own bed. The master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable. The pool was awesome. Having our own private pool was the best thing ever. Also loved the braai erea n the table outside. We had all our meals there

IndiaKruger park lodge unit 252 doesn't come with an inverter and no mention of load shedding was made during the booking. During check in the staff mentioned that our unit was stage 4 but it ended up being stage 6 and we were without electricity from 9am-1.30pm and then from 5-9pm which meant we were without electricity almost for the major part of the day. Such details should be informed during booking especially for international guests.
The property has potential to be a great place to stay but unfortunately many details aren't shared such as load shedding during booking.

South AfricaOur check in experience was the worst. We arrived and were told that our room was not booked and we should wait an hour while they sort it. After waiting an hour we got the keys to the unit, when we arrived in the unit it was DIRTY, pee on the floor, the entire unit smelling of pee, insects all over, old alcohol stains on the floors. When we reported this to management (we spoke to a guy called Riaan) he was so rude and hung up on us without hearingus out. Only when I called the owner (she was so helpful) did they respond and bring cleaners to the unit. We arrived at 2pm only to check in at 7pm. I love Hazyview, it is convenient, however I will NEVER ever stay at Kruger Park Lodge.
The restaurant was great, we enjoyed our family dinner. However, our check in experience was the worst. The treatment we got from the Kruger park lodge staff was disgusting.
