The staff at the restaurant was very unfriendly. One while requesting tooth picks while at the table showed us the counter where we can go & get. And on breakfast they kept on chatting without giving us any attention on placing our orders

Lighting inside room is poorly placed & shines directly into your eyes. Please check remore control batteries. Noise of trains passing through the night was very disturbing.

The bed and pillows weren't comfortable. The self catering rooms didn't have an oven.

The view of crocodile river was amazing. You could see atleast 3 different animals at any point in time. The pool has a very nice set up with pretty lights and day beds. Happy hour between 5-6pm was also great.

The toilet door in the chalet and the room door often got jammed together. they clashed, not well designed. the air conditioner in our unit was a little loud. It was difficult to sleep with it on. The Putt-Putt course and pool table may need some updating and fixing.

Unfortunately, the very loud generator ran throughout the night for 3 nights, right outside our bedroom window, and we got no sleep. While we appreciate the power during loadshedding, the noise was untolerable. It would help to build a brick wall or room around it to isolate the noise a bit. It really made it difficult to go on game drives during the day after a long evening of no rest, which did unfortunately spoil the trip. Our TV also didn't work at all. There is no signal or connection throughout our stay.

The location is unbeatable, the facilities are fantastic, the view was incredible, and Chalets were comfortable, clean, and spacious.

Amazing views into the Kruger National Park. The viewing area is well maintained.

There were some noisy guests in some of the bigger units who disturbed the peace right into the early morning.

View from our unit was amazing, from the sunset to animals and birds - elephants, hippos, various bucks, the coomrant, africal eagle and many more.

Amazing location - right on the Crocodile river. Hippos and elephants were +/- 50 meters away from us. Merely 12-15 minutes drive to the Malelane gate. The cabins are simple but clean. Beds are comfortable. The shower was great too.

Not sure why we needed to pay extra for the main pool. This was not stated in the literature and is not much but adds up per person so did not use it. The lights went off in one room and did not come back on even after load shedding so very hot. Restaurant was closed.

The new Indigo restaurant on site allows members of the public to walk through the premises and in-between the chalets and some members of the public even use the chalets pool. Persons visiting the restaurant are very noisy. We stayed in Chalet no 2 - the windows of the chalet were very dirty and there were a lot of spider webs in the chalet. The fridge needs to be replaced and was not working properly to keep our food cold.

Beautiful location could see elephants and hippos from the chalet.

My booking was a self catering chalet but I got a chalet with no kitchen. The lady who assisted me told me that bookings.com has been mixing up the bookings .... As a Muslim traveller I required a self catering as our food is Halaal and we tend to bring our food from home ... had no kitchen or utensils as per booking

The lady at reception was really accommodating... Also she arranged breakfast boxes to be packed...
