Noise of next-door room TV and of generator (there was load shedding); there was no path from the rooms to the restaurant and pool. One had to walk through the grass.

Rapid service, registration form was ready when we came. Very nice pool which seemed to be part of the facilities.

information regarding seasonal closures due to new year or importance of making reservations could be more accurate. Despite the house rule to make no sound after 10 pm, it was not a problem for a group of guests to celebrate loudly on Dec31 as well as Jan 1 and this till 5am!

the view on the river and Kruger Park was fantastic. perfect location for safari in the park. Lovely accomodation and excellent room service.

Everything was good - will definitely visit again.

Easy drive to Kruger Park. Place was very neat. Power back up during load shedding. Excellent views of the Crocodile river and a great place for sundowners in the evening.

We stayed at the garden view chalets they are next to one another and there was alot of noise from our neighbours. Sleeper couch does not sleep comfortably. Cutlery in the chalet is not sufficient.

The view of the river, the lovely clean pools, beautiful restaurant. Playground for kids as well as putt putt. Location is nice and close to the shopping centre. Chalets at the river are definately the best.

Kitchen equipment could do with an update Umbrellas at the pool area would be nice Mosquito nets for windows and doors would be very helpful as there are a lot of mosquitos in this area But all in all a wonderful stay

The view is lovely the perfect location The swimming pool along the river side is always clean and perfect in the heat for kids and families The units and furniture is old but clean and neat - everything you need in a self catering unit is provided. Air conditioners in rooms Staff are helpful and friendly There is a generator onsite which is great

Lots of insects in the evening when the lights are switched on, but that nobody can be blamed for thats nature (just saying not complaning)

The pool behind the river facing chalets were very noicy at times. The security was a concern with people walking and driving in and out of the property.

Seemless check in as we had stayed previously. Has all we need prior to entering Kruger National Park, ie, Freezer for meat supplies, very handy for the local Spar. Very quiet location and only 10 minutes from Malelane Gate.

The cushions could do with a change. Sleeping wasn’t great and felt like the cushions had nothing in them. the showers are wack. kind of spraying everywhere (unit 9).

Great location and close to Malelane Gate for Kruger National Park. close to shopping centres to get what ever you need. rooms are all air conditioned. Awesome facilities especially if you have kids with two pools and a bar area. Amazing view of the river and Kruger National Park.

The photo of the river chalets was different from what we received. That is quite disappointing. Load Shedding, to be staying in a self catering chalet without power to be able to prepare your meals are frustrating. They should think about installing gas appliances.

Situated on the banks of the Crocodile River, but the name should be changed to the Elephant's River - as there are always elephant's frolicking in the river. comfortable chalets with all you will need. Clean fresh white linen and towels.
