We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Big hotel so lots of facilities. Gorgeous vista over the harbour and beautiful sunsets. They do daily deals at the restaurant too, about £5 for a lovely meal.

South AfricaTHE ROOM HAS 0 ENTERTAINMENT NO SOUND. NO SHOWMAX, NETFLIX JUST SATTELITE CHANNELS ABOUT 16 OF THEM. NO SMART TV TO ATLEAST YOUTUBE EVEN. ALSO NOT HAVING A MICROWAVE IN THE APARTMENT WAS A BIG INCONVINIENCE FOR ME I MUST SAY.
THE APARTMENT IS BREATHTAKING, ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM TUB. ITS OVERALL VERY CIMFORTABLE. THE VIEW WHEN YOU STEP OUT THE BACK SLIDING DOOR IF YOU ON THE FIRST FLOOR IS AMAZING AS WELL. RESTUARANT DOES NOT HAVE MUCH FOOD OPTIONS BUT ITS VERY INTIMATE AND COSY, GREAT STAFF AS WELL FROM RECEPTION TO RESTAURANT STUFF.

South AfricaThe front entrance of the hotel could do with some repairs as its looks VERY dated with missing panels in the glass and very weathered. There are 2 sinks in the bathroom. The newer of the 2 is great, but the old one is VERY old with mold and dirt in the seals. Could definitely use some re-grouting/silicone'ing.
The room was lovely. The decor could be a bit warmer/friendlier, but that also might be personal preference. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, and the view was great. We asked for a sea view, and we got that with the sea being just a parking lot away from our balcony.

South Africa*The beds are way too small. *The tiles in the shower are a death trap when wet - they are very slippery and a health risk. (law suit waiting to happen) *Had supper & breakfast in big restaurant - never salt & pepper cellars on all tables (had to get up and look for myself) and the service for the Saturday night birthday meal was super slow - waited an hour for 3 meals. As a suggestion relook your menu variety. Breakfast variety was spectacular but pastries were not asfresh as they should be.
Ash at reception was very switched on, friendly, helpful and displayed utmost professionalism whilst getting the check-ins done as quick as was possible.

South AfricaThe coffee stations always had queues and the machines had to be reloaded time and again causing long lines. We asked for ice in the room and no one came. Install ice machines so that we can get them ourselves.

Stayed for two nights and could have stayed longer. Wonderful location with harbour and sea views. The room was very big and comfortable. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some sun loungers and an umbrella on the balcony! I did not eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food. Restaurants within walking distance.
