Everything was on point

The clean rooms, clean bathrooms especially in this COVID era. Dining experience has always been superb as my family and l have visited the place for the 4th time now. Great food selection on the buffet

You have to walk far from your room to eat and to get your luggauge to and from your vehicle.

the tunnel to the waterhole is a highlight. You can observe animals very well there.

The geyser broke in our room, which I understand is unforeseen, we had to go shower in another room. I think they could rather have suggested to move us to another room, or upgrade for the unconvenience.

More choice of vegetarian food please. Parmesan cheeses isn't vegetarian unless it is locally sourced

staff are attentive and thoughtful. We had everything we needed and for us the importance was the proximity to the Game Reserve. The sightings from the restaurant balcony were amazing and some interesting birds at the hide

More staff required at swimming pool for ordering food and drinks.

Breakfast and dinner are buffet, good food and a decent variety. Room is comfortable, large enough for family with small kids.

The service at the bush dinner was slow. It was vey busy and they had just opened it again after the lockdown, so it’s understandable. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Friendly staff and great value for money. Loved seeing the animals coming in for a drink while having breakfast/lunch.

Drain in our shower seemed to be blocked as water went down very slowly.

Very friendly, helpful and hardworking staff. Excellent game drives. Buffet food (Breakfast and dinner) was excellent. Hide to view animals was excellent.

The one bed in the room was substandard, sagging and needs replacement. The showerhead was terrible, it felt like we were showering under a hosepipe. Extractor fan was broken and there was no window. Made for an unpleasant shared space! Buffet dishes were a bit repetitive, only excitement was on the weekend with seafood and the braai meat selections.

The room is perfect for a family of four - everyone had a bed, no need for extra sleeper couches etc. The layout is great, having a little tv area for the kids was nice. We enjoyed having a lovely view, the "hide" was great even though we never actually saw anything, the kids enjoyed it thoroughly. Half board was perfect, we had some wonderful meals. We enjoyed the game viewing in the game park. Loved that it was not too far a drive from JHB.

I didn’t like the quality of the beds in our room. The cleanliness of the rooms didn’t not meeting the standard of the lodge. We had lunch in our room, we called the reception a million times to come and get the plates, we were told to put them outside our room. They were only fetched the following day around 11😏

The staff was very friendly especially at the restaurant, the reception. The kids had lots of fun 🤩 as the place is family friendly.😍

Very big and busy venue, crowded at time in the parking lot and at the restaurant. Personnel seems at time overhelmed.

Very nice accomodation in the soutthern part of the park, with abundant and delicious food options at the buffet/ restaurant, a fantastic view on the park and hide and multiple facilities to keep you busy if not in the park game watching.
