Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaThere are no available self-catering facilities available, no kitchenette. Some of the rooms look old and outdated, and the first room allocated was not up to standard. The bathroom was dirty n the window had no blinds.
The bed had white clean sheets, and there was backup power. The staff was friendly and very helpful 🙂

South AfricaThere were few things that are important that needs to be fixed, and were supposed to be working i.e. some plugs were not working about 2 of them in room 9, the bed light was not working , some of the window handles needs fixing and there should be one plug with two pin plug facility. Recommendation- they should consider having small breakfast e.g. continental /half of the full breakfast, it will work or just coffee, sandwich's /muffin
I liked the property and room clean and comfortable, i had privacy, and it is also safe to be there, security is visible and they close the gate at night, bathroom amenities were changed everyday, the location is also a bonus closer to shops.
