The area is very nice . The view is excellent and the room is very comfortable, I would recommend it to any couple to come to LA Damon for a getaway . It's peaceful to stay in .

False advertising! Main photo of blue house is not even guest rooms, it's the owners house. Room description is totally incorrect. There is NO "seperate bedroom" as advertised.. The so called "family apartment" is a single garage, (AKA, 4 walls)! There is no "garden... it's ALL PAVED entrance and parking. No chair's as per photos... there is no space. When we raised our concerns about "seperate bedroom" and only a shower curtain separating te shower from 4 ppl in a 3 x 4.5m area, the host sarcastically send us a screenshot of a R12 000 unit saying "this should suit you". She could not even remember that she charged us R2000 for the night. Had to find new housing 20h00 at night and still have not received our refund. Worst experience ever.

The unit is very small. Not much room to move around. And the blinds do not block all the security lights (and there are a lot of them!) The pictures show a lovely garden, which is misleading, as it is now a parking area.

Good location, peaceful and very secure. Lovely pool but pics show a garden which is no longer there. It is now a ramp and parking area. There is a small but adequate braai.

The windows had only blinds. No sunblock filter and the room was bright throughout the night. We could not sleep. Only the free to air channels was available on TV. Room was right next to the pool. In fact, one had to be careful to not fall into the pool when leaving the room. We booked and paid for two nights, but left after one night.

The host was extremely unprofessional. Our staff member travelled from Johannesburg to Paarl. while in Paarl he was trying to find the the place and she refused to wait 10 minutes for him to check in. The booking was paid for in full and the person was not allowed to check in. he ended up sleeping in his car. there was no indication while making the booking that they do not allow check in after 7pm. received a message 3 minutes after check in time which said you missed your check in time - you cannot check in.

nothing at all was not allowed to check in only had a bad experience with this place i am still in disbelieve
