Everything at La Lucia Sands was exceptional. Great self catering accommodation for the whole family or group of friends. They provide you with all you need in the kitchen so you can make your own food. The reception was very welcoming and too kind. Our days were too short we couldn't explore all the facilities in the area because we were here for the comrades marathon. We definitely going to book again soon😁

my family did not go to the beach , as they checked out on Saturday morning , due to the unpleasantness of the staff, my booking was for 6 adults and 2 kids ( 7 yrs & 3yrs) but they were adamant this is not the case , i will not book at this resort ever again, as i have lost monies with them

One of the single beds was in a bad condition. Very old not comfortable. Towels are old with some having holes. Staircase leading to beach is terrible especially for older people not stable and last plank on stair case is missing.

Rude security guards, had 5 couches in a apartment for 6 people.... They treated us unequal, racism... I really felt like I was in the wrong place. I had to wash towels and pillow slips that had traces of make up because they claimed that my make up had damaged their property and they had to subtract it from my safety deposit. So I hand washed the bedding and towels to get my deposit back.

Everything about the facilities in the resort, the apartment, the pool, sonar, braai area, sea views and the access to the beach.

Everything about the resort, the friendly staff especially Mr Dlamini I called him with his clan name Zizi the security guard. We were welcomed by him when we arrived on Wednesday night, he took us through the check in process. He was well informed he was great he knew what he was doing. The resort is very nice and neat well maintained and our apartment was exceptional very nice, neat and comfortable.

The environment is not suitable fr group travellers. 1st they decide to scatter our grp. Half of the group @the different ends of building. It was so difficult fr us to b together due to their planning to limit noise. Our funtime was so ruened. We couldn't enjoy our trip as planned. Were told by security tht no speaker nor radio allowed in d premises. Braai area is near pool where we were not even allowed to play music. Security were nuisance in

No mats in the apartments. The air-conditioning is single regulated for the whole apartment and you have to pay separately for its usage.

I liked the kids and adult pools that were maintained daily. The place has a direct access to the beach and also has multiple braai facilities near the pool area as well as an electric grill on the patios.
