The carpeting in rooms and corridors need attention, look and smell bad, need to either apply intensive shampoo or replace.

Incredible view! Checked in late evening and night staff were absolutely great. Loved the bathroom, spotless, well lit.

The shower, it would splash water all over the floor they don’t allow alcoholic and food yet their food is more of Indian food.

The bedroom window latch was broken so it didn't seal closed. The wifi connection was very poor. The cappuccinos were very expensive.

The reception was very helpful. It looks like the bathrooms have had a revamp and they were extremely clean. The view was stunning. The rooms were immaculate and had coffee and tea facilities. All lights and aircon worked. The pool was spotless. The hotel was quiet eventhough I believe it was fully booked. The restaurant and bar although simple, looked clean and revamped. They served cappuccinos from the bar...from a coffee maker ( not these terrible self serve machines)

The bridge on the beach in front of the hotel. The walkway to the beach if that could be fixed. Even a wooden ladder so we can climb up and down will work.

Suited our need. Room was good, just that the hot water seemed to take very long to reach us. But everything well was excellent. Staff super friendly.

All the staff (including security) was so kind, friendly and helpful.. The view was breathtaking and the premises has everything and more that a person could need or want.

The beach had a lot of litter and the stairway was broken. I know that this might not be the responsibility of the hotel bit but getting the municipality to clean up will be helpful. The Lagoon facility also has a lot of potential but it needs to be worked on.

The old film on the bedroom windows needs to be removed.

It is evident that upgrades are taking place new cupboards,tv, shower etc. Convenient location to the Kind Shaka Airport. Great view of the beach and ocean. Breakfast was very good. Will definetly use this hotel again.

The air conditioner exclusively emits cold air, which is inconvenient during winter when warm air is desired. Additionally, there are no hairdryers available in the bathroom .

The breakfast was terrible. Room - Beds and cussing's not so comfy. Bathroom railing broken. Beach was not accessible; stairs were broken to get to beach.

Bit disappointed no Wi-Fi in rooms, only at reception. if the hotel plans to cater for business travellers they will need to take care of this.

The WiFi not working in our rooms. Only able to use the WiFi in the lobby or restaurant. Not allowed to bring outside food to the hotel but buy there only.

The Aircon was not working. There was no WiFi but when I booked it said that there was WiFi. Don't mislead the people.

The price I was charged for a room to stay for a few hours, it Was not the same for two different nights(Saturday night and Monday night) it went from R850 to R1000.🙆🏽‍♀️

However we experienced issues with hot water.For us to have water we were suppose to call first.Additionalkyvit did not feel right that the minute you drive in there is a place where they selling alcohol

The facilities can do with an upgrade and a few improvements should be considered...like some still water placed in the room, etc. The carpets should be replaced as it has a moldy odor which is unbearable. The pillows is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

Thank you to the amazing Staff! Absolutely delightful, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast and seafood platter we had, was delicious...well done to the chef! The location was ideal for us and the security was good on the premises! The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. A special shout out to the Managers, Reception Staff, Chef and Housekeeping ladies! I will definitely recommend the hotel as it is value for money.
