Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaI did not like the fact that l had to make a breakage deposit in which I wasnt aware I guess I did not rcv a message before and also I suppose the receptionist was expected to explained how we must pay for prepaid electricity for aircons to function it was extremely hot🤦♀️
I liked the fact that we were near the beach. All activities on the property and you dnt hv to pay for mini golf course. We enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. Staff were very kind and friendly to us.

South AfricaThe total of 10 hour load-shedding a day really put a damper on things especially since the property has no back up power. It was quite hot during our stay and without the fan and aircons being on, it got humid and uncomfortable in the house. Also, the fridge either needs a regas or to be changed, we had to throw away all the food we bought over night because the fridge wasn’t cold.
The kids loved the trampoline, the swimming pool and the lawn infront of our unit to play soccer. We enjoyed the spacious unit

United KingdomThere was an occasional small issue with the water supply, but only for a couple of minutes. If you're not in the shower, it's not noticeable!
The Reception staff were extremely helpful and on the ball. They assisted with enquiries, laundry tokens and even clubs for the mini golf course! We were impressed that our apartment received printed details of upcoming load-shedding, so that we could prepare. The property itself was in a very well-maintained development, with a beautiful pool area, on a quiet road leading to a range of beaches. There was excellent security , especially at night, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Inside the property, everything was super-clean and freshly painted. Although this is not a "luxury" property, there was everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including some much-needed wifi access (3GB included in the cost.) The La Rochelle development is within easy reach of St Lucia town centre, with a range of shops and restaurants.
