The fact that we couldn't braai on our balcony and that the housekeeper couldn't answer anything to our questions we found redbull tins underneath our bed also wine tops being found by the couches also thr was no loadshedding lights as promised

Bed was not comfortable at all, couches not comfortable. The bedroom light in the room keep flickering on & off the whole night, while it was switch off. This really disturbed my sleep as I am a light sleeper. It was quite bad😐. Pls look at these, otherwise it is really a great place😊

I am a details girl. Some of the items in the apartment needs replacement. Lamp stand, heater. But I like that these items were available for use.

Unit is cold in winter and no heaters are provided even though they tell you there is a heater. No back up when load shedding.

The apartment we stayed in was great , however it seems to be a bit tired and in need of some maintenance work - floors need a through cleaning , cupboard doors need adjustment and appliances cleaned properly (dishwasher still had old water inside)- we did notice a few creepy crawlies so a fumigation also perhaps.

As usual , everything was wonderful. As the apartment we normally occupy was not available , we were upgraded to better apartment with a stunning view and away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping mall. Parking and safety was great. All staff was very friendly and the location was perfect.

The bathroom drains were clogging. The kitchen sink tap was loose The dishes were not washed properly The couch is way too old and uncomfortable...for the price charged, the couch should be upgraded.

Security at the gate gave us so much grief just for me to get in. That was a very annoying part of the process. I spent about 12 min at the gate trying to get access inside.

The view from the balcony is amazing. They also had a big shower which is a plus. The apartment is very cute and well put together

Beds were about soft, which I think should be changed. The kitchen sink tap was loose, maybe just a nut that needs to be tightened. The drainage in the 2 bathrooms was not good. Looks like the drains were blocked. Had load shedding in the evenings. Not sure if the complex will consider investing in a generator, even if its just for the lights.

Location is always good, because it's right near the mall. Unit was comfortable and clean. The manager was very helpful. He showed me around the complex, ie parking and access to the mall, etc. He also waited for me until I arrived, which was late Sunday night, which I appreciated very much.

I booked online and the transaction was debited by my bank. The host informed me that the transaction was not verified on their side even though the money went out of my account. Had to then walk quite a distance to the host's office to verify the payment and when we arrived, the transaction had been processed on his side.

The facilities were great. Very clean with a nice view of the Century City canal.

There was nothing I didn't like, apart from having to take the stairs during loadshedding :) , but we in South Africa and we know the loadshedding is here to stay.

The location was superb with amazing views and scenery. Easy access to Canal Walk and surrounding restaurants. The unit was clean, very spacious, and had everything that was needed even a loadshedding light was provided, which was great. I was very happy with my stay.

Everything was very nice. The duvet was a bit thin. Maybe there can be an option to choose from whether you want to have you room cleaned or not - I don't think it is necessary for cleaning everyday - just want to save some money and water! :)
