Streaks of water on the walls. Could hear the people in the room next door.

Bangers were a little dry. But the eggs were perfectly done. Beautiful finishes to the hotel. The chocolate on the bed was a nice touch. Room service made up my room nicely.

The shower didn't drain; AC didn't work. For those Who get up early the breakfast is too late. There was no lamps near the bed, so we only had the one from the ceiling.

They did want us to smoke hubbly outside but people where smoking their cigarette unlimited, and they didn’t want us play some soft music on our small speaker meanwhile the dstv only got one channel playing and on warm swimming pool we were told Saturday some people booked it . Please update your property policy so that guest come can be fully aware what to do and not to do

It was clean and Nice . And service was good and guys were friendly until management tell them to stop us from smoking hubbly.

We are glad of the warm welcome by the Security officer at the gate , to reception. We have a delicious dinner 😋 , served by a smiling gentleman. Also the breakfast was 👌.... Comfortable beds 💃💃.

The rooms are too close to the bar and service entrance for staff. Drunk people make noise until late hours and staff walks past your room making noise early hours of the morning. The rooms needs sound proofing and security needs to control noise level. 2 nights of restless sleeps will ruin a hotel no matter how amazing the hotel is.

Dinner was supposed to be included, yet added to the bill and not refunded. Charged twice for an airport shuttle, but once refunded. Dinner was steak, which was very tough. Staff very friendly though

You have to use a key and not key card to access your room, as a woman travelling alone this was a huge concern for me in terms of the safety. The room door was a struggle to open as it needed extra strength. There were batteries exposed on the lock pad (not sure what they were for). The room carpet had an overwhelming stuffy smell as I walked in. The wall of the rooms are really thin, I can hear the conversations of the guests sleeping in the next room. I was disappointed in the fact that there was no WIFI connection in the rooms, the only area that had active WIFI connection was the restaurant.

The bed was comfortable and big enough. The breakfast was okay, as it had a few options to choose from. The location is great and tranquil

Room no 4- We were 3 adults. The sofa bed is definitely not suitable to sleep on. Not even for a child. It is so old that your lower back lay flat on the ground and feet in the air. We 3 adults had had to share the bed. Bed springs pushed through the bed - extremely uncomfortable. Linen (pillow cases) were torn.

In my booking I requested the breakfast and dinner option, when I arrived and inquired about this, the receptionist said he would get back to me which he didn't. I went back a second time just before dinner and he still didn't have an answer for me so I just paid for my meal. The rooms are very close together, I could hear the person next to me chatting on the phone, using the bathroom etc.. The small white chocolate left for me was very old and there was spider webs behind my door.

The bar closing early. The breakfast is good but can be better. More fruits, fresh juice and more variety.

The architecture of the building reminds me about Italian cities. The vegetation in the middle of the town is impressive and a fairytale.
