We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe steps are very steep. It would be nice to add more ground level rooms. Luckily,the receptionist made a ground level room especially for us. I would also appreciate banisters on all the stairs as I DEFINITELY intend to GO BACK
I loved the staff,they were soo friendly and accommodative,going out of their way to assist especially the receptionist. Every person whom you meet wants to help. The place is clean. I loved the fact that there were no animals. It is extremely uncomfortable to stay in a hotel where you have to deal with unwarranted attention from animals It was also great value for money

EswatiniNo comment - everything was to our liking.
Firstly, staying at the Villa Vita was very peaceful, as if we were situated outside the city of Mbombela/Nelspruit although in reality only a 10 minute drive from the City Centre. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our stay coincided with the end of the dry winter season, but the gardens were still pleasant to view. Although we arrived too late to use the Spa facilities, Winnie willingly gave us a tour. There is is big unheated pool (good for swimmers) and smaller heated one on the premise. The Italian style architecture is a welcome change from the usual hotel features in Mbombela. We ate dinner and breakfast (included in the price) at the Villa Vita and were very happy with the quality of the food served. Last but not least our room was relatively big, clean, well designed and the bed very comfortable. What more can I say except that we will definitely stay at the Villa Vita on our next overnight trip to Mbombela!

MozambiqueThe one thing you have to improove on is cleanliness. There was a shocking ammount of rabish bellow the beds. Clearly the house keeping had skeeped that part of the room which was a matter of discomfort.
Staff is friendly, breakfast is good, i also did manage to watch my favourite teams on your channels. Overall i like the location, the enviroment, the sense of security specially because i was in family.

South AfricaThe only thing I could fault them on was there cleaning g staff and attention to detail. When we arrived we had some drinks on our balcony and for the duration of our stay (3 nights) the glasses were never taken away.
The staff at LA Villa Vita were absolutely superb, so friendly and went above and beyond to make us happy and feel comfortable.

I did request for it to be switched off and this was complied with, so the music went off at 20h30 Maybe look at the volume level - I found it loud and intrusive - abandoned my book because I couldn't concentrate. The toaster in the dinning room kept shorting out - so had to put on by the plug in the extension cord
