The aircon didn't work. The problem was throughout the hotel.

The room was smelling chlorine during the first night and the hotel could not resolve that for us. Wifi was not working at all. The TV channels does not offer facilities for online streaming and also has very limited channels

Breakfast was great! Also enjoyed the fact that there are 2 restaurants at the hotel. The hotel is well situated with a very good view of the beach.

There was a shuttle service included in the price but it waas on first come first served basis so one had to come very early to secure a space. There was a lot of frustration among the customers due to this. The system could be easily improved by implementing a booking system. There were no chairs around the table on the terrace which made it totally useless. We asked for the chairs on the first day but didn’t receive them during the whole week. In the kitchen there was a very limited number of plates, cutlery and other kitchen utensils and there was no coffee machine. In the en suite bathroom there was only a bathtub but there was no shower head in the tub so one could only take baths in it but not a shower.

We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights in an apartment. It’s nicely located on the beach and the view of the Table Mountain is magnificent. The apartment and the terrace were very spacious.

Hot water always available, WIFI stable,use gas stove so loadshedding didn’t affect us. The place was family friendly, kids could play freely.

OUR AIRCON WAS NOT WORKING, IT WAS VERY COLD BUT WE WERE GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM. THEN THE CURTAIN IN THE NEW ROOM WAS TORN/BROKEN SO IT WAS NOT BLOCKING THE LIGHT.

The view was not as advertised - Looking over the car park and obstructed by a building is not what I would call “partial”. Companions room didn’t have a view at all. Water was only provided on the first day but not replenished on the second and third days. Restaurant service was slow and extremely expensive.

I would stay here again but be wary of paying extra for rooms described as “partial mountain view”. Yes, we could see a bit of the mountain but it was mostly car park.

The roof top pool was quiet and peaceful. The food was delicious, friendly staff, comfortable bed and the location was perfect for us.

Some seating/sun beds around 2nd ground level pool would have been wonderful as bar area pool isn't the best with young children. Bit more security around entrance to that pool would also have been good.

Rooms were side by side as requested. Great access to the beach and surrounding area. Excellent restaurant just outside of hotel & hotel restaurant was also goo. Easy to get to Water Front, Table Mountain and surrounding areas.

The WiFi was poor and intermittent for the whole of our trip. I tried to do a teams call that just kept freezing throughout.

Great location by the beach, easy access to Cape Town attractions and a free shuttle. Very lovely staff.

The Travel Desk was somewhat inflexible. Using it to book transport is too dear. You are better off to book your own transport using Uber. Also, the shuttle service to the Waterfront didn’t always operate per the published schedule. More loungers with parasols would have been nice around the pool area.

The room was very nice, and the quality of food in the restaurants was excellent.
