It would have been awesome if I had more time 2 stay longer but next time around I'll just do that.

We didn't have any breakfast but the location is the 1 thing that I'll never forget.

The stay at Lalapanzi lodge was just perfection. The only thing we could have done was to start sooner with heating the Kol Kol warm hot tub :)

The location was very convenient, Our group enjoyed being mesmerized by the tranquillity and natural beauty. The lodge was kitted to perfection and so comfortable. The beds and pillows were perfect. The water pressure in the showers was on point. The heated towel racks were so nice especially since our weekend started out cold and rainy. The views were breathtaking. The added bonus was the underfloor heating and the gas fireplace! Rose (manager) was attentive and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

Wish I could stay longer

Great place to retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Rose is an excellent host and always enquired about about our needs. The fireplace and heated floors is certainly a great addition and was much needed for the cold nights. The rooms were a decent size with a very spacious main bedroom and ensuit.

We specifically booked the Ezantsi self catering lodge because it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 3 couples and a fireplace but unfortunately the fireplace wasn’t working and it was cold and rainy that weekend, so on the day of arrival, they phoned us in the morn and asked if they could move us to Phezulu lodge which has 2 bathrooms and a working fireplace. Phezula lodge is also beautiful and we had a lovely time but hopefully they get the fireplace working in Ezantsi so we can go there next time too!

I loved the stunningly beautiful scenery and great facilities. Communication with reception is very good too! Will definitely return!!!

What a place! Waking up in the morning with the greatest view. Rose is a superstar, so polite and always contactable. Superb breakfast too. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure.

The location is wonderful and we loved that we could go for walks with mountains and seaviews wherever you look! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and really went the extra mile! They even gave us an expected gift since I mentioned that we were celebrating my birthday. Rose was a lovely host and we can definitely recommend Lalapanzi!

there was nothing they could’ve done to make our stay special.

staff were amazing, fantastic team of ladies led by wonderful Rose. The accommodation was top notch. They couldn’t do enough for us. it was so peaceful, they’d thought of everything a guest would need. we’ve stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels all around the world, and this was up there with them. there is nothing Rose and her team wouldn’t do for us. The gorgeous pool area, the dam, the views, the sunrises and sunsets. Lalapanzi is worth every Penny, will be going back. highly recommended

The room, while nice, was somewhat dated & small. The bed was small & there was no space for a suitcase stand, let alone two! The room electrical sockets were old, traditional type, while there were no USB sockets.

unfortunately soundproofing between first and second floor is not perfect, but it’s not a big problem

Amazing getaway from the city for some winelands strolls, sunset watching, awesome breakfast and spectacular view on the ocean and mountains we were lucky to get the room with grill and had a chance to have a barbecue in the evening. Great thing is that we even had a full set of dishes for a dinner! We felt like every detail was there for us, also Rose offered us to have dinner cause we came quite late. Service was fantastic, we couldn’t wish for more.

It was perfect for us.... We went for motorcyvle Rides everyday..... The views and route around Gordons Bay... Rooi Els... Pringle bay.... Bettys Bay to Kleinmond was majestic....

The platter was not value for money, whilst is was sufficient for our needs at the time because we had come from a late lunch, it was not what I had expected.

Location was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They added value to the overall experience.

Would've loved bath sheets for towels and slightly better quality towels.

Rose was amazing! So accomodating, friendly staff, great breakfast. Breath taking views! Really liked that we had our own braai unit and utensils :)

The breakfast up at the lodge was amazing. It was beautifully set out with fruit, yoghurt and muesli and juice, then a delicious cooked breakfast off a menu and a cappuccino all in the price! Delicious food and great value

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Rose and Helene whom gave us advice on which locations to see. The rooms were well kept , tidy and ready upon arrival. Would definitly recommend.
