Nothing really, we did not have any issues. In actual fact our stay felt very short.

Rooms are big and spacious, and breakfast was on time and on point. The cleaning was such a surprise it was not expected. Overall, my experience was good, I'd book again when visiting Durban.

My TV remote didn't seem to be working as I tried ro get TV on a few times that night . I know had I called rhe kind manager would have assisted me. It was just very late when I arrived so I didn't. So this not a complaint. Just what happened.

As a vegetarian there was a limited choice of cooked options But the beans that were on offer were so very delicious And the range of cereals and to have with fruit and yogurt were great.

I did not like the position of the TV its way to up high in the wardrobe. you should try and find some other place to hook it. Also but very important. You need to improve your breakfast. Breakfast is very important. Add the basics found in an English Breakfast. We must has as much choices as we like. Do not limit us.

I liked the rooms. Clean and intimate. The swimming pool.

The TV screen was very bad. The floor needs renovations, aircon s were not working. The tap in the kitchen is leaking.

The receiption was not clean due to birds, reception it where a place must be beautiful and presentable to clients. I like birds bt I think u must have a good place for them not receiption. And there was a bad smell because birds pop. Please try to fixed this. Birthrooms need to be renovated and head boards. Jaqus was not warm and cleaned

Reception area could do better, not inviting at all, in fact it is very untidy. It made one get very concerned/worried when checking in and wonder if chosing Laletsa was a good decision. Section of the guest house where we stayed looked old and not properly cleaned especially on common areas and passages, carpet is dirty and has bad smell, also not good for guests who suffer from sinusitis or asthma. I recommend carpets be removed. Head boards had dusts, noticed when I removed my stuff, it was covered in dust. On our third day the guests who arrived in the same corridor we were in were smoking cigarettes in their rooms and the cigarette smoke was filling up the whole place, one could even smell it from own room. This is not fair and not ok for those who don't smoke.

Some remotes were not working and the telephones in the rooms are not working. There is limited items like pots, plates and bowls to use in the room. always have to ask in the kitchen. Also some rooms had carpet and those with Sinus it affect them. Some doors handle were broken, hard to open.

I liked the breakfast, the rooms were nice and clean and the staff was exceptionally awesome, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The view from the balcony was great

The phones were not working. The staff woke us up at around 3am with noise I think it came from the kitchen since our rooms were next to the kitchen.

We enjoyed our breakfast more than anything else,the food was delicious. The cleanliness of the rooms.
