1. There’s only one air conditioner in the whole two bedroom apartment and it’s in one bedroom. There’s no air conditioner in the other bedroom and in the living space which was difficult because it was hot. 2. The apartment we stayed in had a manual key as opposed to a key card which was a safety concern. In addition, there was only one key available despite it being a two bedroom apartment.

There were no views from my unit, and the hallways can get noisy.

I've returned here 3 times, I just love this place - the location, the people, the service, free parking, rooftop restaurant and lounge. The generator broke on this visit and even then the service and communication was great!

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our stay most enjoyable. We are pleased with the hotel apartments, as they are clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Very nice modern place to stay, amazing ocean view from our apartment that was situated on the 8th floor. One of our favourite places to stay in Cape Town!

The menu for breakfast does not have a nice variety,But overall we enjoyed our stay.

We really liked our apartment it was well equiped and everything was nice and clean.The fact that everything is walking distance is the best..The street view was very nice and also the housekeeping staff was very nice.

Excellent breakfast - also ate lunch at the same restaurant which was also lovely and more healthy than the norm. Staff helped with bookings, location was great and felt really safe to walk around in as well as at night too. Didn't use the pool as it was a bit small and felt weird next to people eating but the public pool at sea point a short walk away was great. Room had everything we needed and more - much more handy than a hotel tbh and the washer dryer was a real bonus. Had to buy our own coffee for the nespresso but there's a spa literally opposite the hotel. There was no noise outside the room, aircon etc worked great. Tips for uk people - it's easy and safe to use uber to get everywhere, it's hard to find a uk to sa conversion plug so get one before you go (couldn't find in boots or airport), they didn't ask us for a deposit (maybe this is for SA residents only?) - also was advised not to drink the tap water by a local so only bottled. Really recommend, loved every second.

The restaurant- can they just make a simple farm breakfast eggs,sausage, bacon, baked beans, raw tomatoes and toast. Instead of an inconvenient fancy expensive menu The balcony is too.small.you.cant enjoy the gorgeous views surrounding the place

We were disappointed in the 2 small (plunge) pools & lack of sun loungers. The one bedroom apartment had everything you needed, but, for us, was a bit small for an 8 night stay. There was no view & it was a bit noisy from nearby building works.

Loved the ninth floor facilities, particularly Hugo café & restaurant. The food & service were excellent. We had breakfast each morning, fantastic selection of delicious food with great rooftop views. We ate there one evening, it was also excellent. The work/meeting space was also very good. Staff were extremely friendly. Great location.
