Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BelgiumThe 9th floor on Friday to Sunday can be a bit busy and loud (social club). Still from the room we didn't hear it at all. Breakfast is very good, still limited in term of choice. Very friendly staff and do not hesitate to ask for help.
Very clean and very well located at Seapoint. Close to the coast line and close to shops and restaurants.

BarbadosOur main complaint was that the bed was too small for two persons to comfortably sleep!! It was very narrow for a large double bed. In addition I would recommend that the swimming pool be heated so that it could be used in the shoulder seasons/winter!
The location was lovely! We felt very safe there and the parking garage with security was a lovely bonus! I would definitely stay here again! Also all the employees were very welcoming and helpful!

South AfricaSound proofing on windows and doors could be a little better. Was woken up multiple times by loud cars and noisy crowds walking by the main road it's on. Internal to the hotel though, I had the housekeeping staff park their trolley outside my unit for more of the morning to service all rooms around me but I was taking 2 online meetings from my unit and the noise from them was very distracting to my ability to get through work effectively. Note, that this is me nitpicking and overall the stay was great. I also understand the the above might be out of the hotels control in some cases.
Friendly staff, seamless check-in and checkout, clean and spacious rooms, plenty of amenities in-room.

Great location for a work trip. Added bonus is access to the coworking space is available to all hotel guests, this makes a huge difference in productibity while on a business trip. Bigger bonus that the restaurant has great views of Sea Point
