House keeping barely cleans those apartments, there were hair strands all over the house. The extra blanket in the cupboard smelled soo bad we could not use it. They basically wash the dishes & change towels only.

No back up generators during load shedding. The tv stayed on, but it would have been better if the WiFi also remained on. The daily cleaning could have been better. Certain items like the tv and iron are outdated.

The location and the view was perfect. The security was high, which was appreciated. It was perfect in terms of space and amenities for our family. Many activities were within walking distance. The staff were quick to solve any problems we were having.

the decor is a bit tired now and needs a refresh. our tv didn’t work, tiles were broken in parts and I just think in general the apartments need a refit. Property charged for a cot and high chair which was expensive and given that families stay a lot they should provide this as standard as dies many other properties and hotels across the globe.

location - we have been staying as a family for the last five years. security is top so I feel secured with my family.

The beds could definitely be more comfy and the coffee station was supposed to be replenished everyday, but it wasn’t.

Loved the location! The view was amazing and it’s so close to the One and Only and the Waterfront which is great.

needs a little TLC for some of the fixtures (doors of cupboards broken), showers would need re-grouting The loadshedding of the power affects the main doors into the buildings and can be tricky to get back in

In one of the bedrooms there must have been a leak that was unattended to before we arrived that caused dampness in the carpet. Also in the same bathroom the sink was blocked as well as a broken wardrobe door. We also found it rather inconveniencing to have to deal with load-shedding in such a luxury establishment...

Hi, We booked only days before and were not able to read emails prior to arrival and spent 2 hours just trying to find the entrance to the complex and then to be sent to another location to check in and then to return to be photographed before we were allowed into the apartment was very annoying as we are quite elderly and were very tired at the time. Next time we will know better and it will not be such a hassle.

Its advertised, that it seems to have a splash pool, but it doesnt have. That disappointed us.

Loved everything....location is excellent with the shops and restaurants of the waterfront being very close by. ,The unit is very comfortable and well equipped for load shedding. Highly recommend staying here.

unfortunately the security on the main gate were absolutely rude and disrespectful. they are not in any form or shape to traumatize a lady for 20 min with the Uber and take pictures with his mobile from them without her consent

maintenance could be improved. One of the showers didn't work well and two of the three sets of sliding patio doors were very difficult to open.

location was good with ample secure parking. Apartment was spacious with an open outlook, nicely furnished.

It was not cleaned as well as our previous stay. There was a definite lack of proper cleaning of the kitchen, floors & bathrooms. In fact, the cleaning staff actually did arrive one day at all.

The property was advertised as discounted but you took the full amount. Why was that? I tried sending messages but they did not go through. I also ticked that I'll pay on arrival but you took money immediately.
