Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaWhen i booked online,they couldn't confirm my booking upon my arrival. I was told money drnt reflect, understood the error, but they wanted me to pay the same amount as charged online even when i swiped from the place. Lastly, the room had no bar fridge and the towels not so clean.
The rooms were clean and they had parking for me with some safety coz there was a security guard who seemed he knows what his doing.

South AfricaThe was no bathroom window, other guests who did not pay online all got refunds because they complained about broken windows and damaged doors. We asked for the same treatment but the receptionist lady was very rude and it took us more than 2 hours to talk to the manager. People kept on trying to enter our rooms which we did report and the response we got was "they are drunk ". Service could be improved.

It was my first time i experience booking Accommodation in my life. When we arrive at lodge the reception was welcoming. The place is neat and clean.the staff are very friendly and helpful.
