The tv is not working, there's not fridge and the receptionist failed to provide us with adapter. The place is located in a busy and unsafe are with a lot of noise

When i booked online,they couldn't confirm my booking upon my arrival. I was told money drnt reflect, understood the error, but they wanted me to pay the same amount as charged online even when i swiped from the place. Lastly, the room had no bar fridge and the towels not so clean.

The rooms were clean and they had parking for me with some safety coz there was a security guard who seemed he knows what his doing.

The property did not have any hot water for me to use during the morning and it was cold. I needed hot water in order to shower and get ready to start the day.

I liked that the property was safe for me to able to stay for the night.

Everything was a bad first time experience

The stuff, the chubby lady was rude as she spent time on the phone keeping me waiting for the directions. They must educate them about the online bookings. For them to think I didn’t pay when I said I did, even after showing them a proof. I’ll never set my feet there 🤞🏻

The was no bathroom window, other guests who did not pay online all got refunds because they complained about broken windows and damaged doors. We asked for the same treatment but the receptionist lady was very rude and it took us more than 2 hours to talk to the manager. People kept on trying to enter our rooms which we did report and the response we got was "they are drunk ". Service could be improved.

Nothing I didn't like everything was perfect

It was my first time i experience booking Accommodation in my life. When we arrive at lodge the reception was welcoming. The place is neat and clean.the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep over,I definitely recommend this lodge. It's affordable too!very nice interiors and decent showers .I don't wanna lie we really enjoyed to be there. I didn't like everything, there is no T.V , no curtains not even the blinds ... We showered with hot water on our check in day. In the morning there was no water at all, we didn't shower, brush our teeth ...I was so disappointed , we paid more money but the room was not proper at all.
