Great facilities - the upgrades have created a modern and stylish look. The food was great. The reserve had great views. We were lucky to see lions on our first evening drive.

With two game drives a day, 3 hours each, sometimes it got a little long.
Such a beautiful property with exceptional facilities. The staff were incredible. I loved how everything about our stay was personalised. The games drives were so beautiful and the guide was very informative.

As Letamo is more relaxed I would recommend a menu of pizzas, pastas to choose from. Dinner was a collection of duck, fish and didn’t feel cohesive. We also don’t enjoy fine dining so again could be down to taste.
Everything! The service was insane. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt the experience was tailored to us. They knew when we arrived, had welcome drinks ready and took note of our preferences. They valet park your car, and clean it. Provide you towels after game drives, welcome drinks at Dinner, constantly making sure you are okay and all the staff know you. Breakfast was set just for us at the pool. When we were there the lodge was empty and we had the whole place to ourselves. They decorated our room for our anniversary without us even requesting this and upgraded us. We frequent luxury and 5 star properties, and have visited at least 30 across the world but this experience blew us away. Would recommend to everyone.

Everything. The place is quiet. You can rest and connect with your partner. The stuff is so friendly. Our game drive, Charne, is super nice. It felt like we were taking a drive with someone we have known for a while. The knowledge she has about the animals 👌.Seeing lions taking a nap in the middle of the road and cheetah and her cubs eating after a catch. It is a wonderful place to visit.
