Room didn't have chair, lizard in dinning room. Ants in our bathroom. Bathroom had no tissues we had to ask receptionist, breakfast not wow, WiFi never worked, bedding was old bedding especially sheets.

When I arrived there was no parking in front, I had to park at the back, and the space was too steep and narrow. I asked the guy to assist me, he said if I can't park, I should cancel my booking.

The cleaning staff, and the guy at the reception were friendly. Always smiling and accomodating.

The family room, the furniture is very old, kitchen cabord is outdated and the are no doors in some of the cabord. The stove is very dirty, TV stand is falling apart, their pictures are not the same as that of the house. If they can make some changes there in that house. Apart from that their place is a good place to visit if you want to be home away from home

The place is nice pool is always clean, location of the place is good, everything is nearby. The staff is very friendly they clean the rooms every day , nice garden.beautifull rooms with reasonable prices. I really liked the place

-the bathroom didn't have a place for the soap by the shower. - they didn't have hand towels only big bath towels. - the bed pedestal broke on the first day and we were accused of sitting on it and the promised to bring another and they didn't until we left.

Almost everything but especially the pool. - the house was really lovely as is on the pictures - they had a place that didn't have loashedding do you can charge and watch TV even with loashedding going on.

The place has a lovely surroundings but units were not aired out. Lots of items not working.... smell in my unit toilet..was bad. Did mention to receptionist.

The stuff is ignorant towards clients needs.. The internal looks great on the pics but not when you get there.. No kettle , microwave, recycled single ply tissue, toilet was dirty ants in the toilet basin, small shower head,poor service from both the guy at night shift and lady for the morning shift(not inviting)

Everything was excellent.

Very comfortable,staff from Malawi were excellent. Only issue no option for breakfast. But Cresta is 7 minutes drive and other eating places are there within walking distance.

The service of the staff is an absolute no for me based on mine and my guests experience.

I will not be making use of yours service again or recommend you to any family or friends. A payment policy is one thing, holding my guests ransom is completely different. It was very embarrassing for me and should have never happened! Find more efficient ways to communicate, especially when a person is constantly in touch with you about the pending booking.

I recall asking for twin beds in a separate message but there was just one double. Room walls very very thin - we could hear everything our neighbours were saying - and they were very loud. could have been cleaner - behind the TV was very dirty. Kitchen cupboards next to the little stove were full of oil splatters.

Location was great. Friendly staff. Easy access. Felt safe.

We didnt have breakfast there. I didnt like the curfew problem and them still having a problem with noise even when we were in one of the rooms with doors closed.
