The location of the resort- very quiet street but still just a walking distance to shops& restaurants. Friendly host. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The pictures are misleading as they showed the little outside braai giving an impression this would be a place for the dogs when it is actually separate. We would have booked a different room if know. Also need a sliding door to the pool from the lounge. Perhaps a little gate to the entrance area so the door can stay open and dogs not escape.

Pretty was very attentive and helpful. Very clean place and great setting.

The Inyoni unit is quite dark, with few windows. Not much of a view either. The other units are much bigger and most likely brighter with lovely views

Neat comfortable unit, warm bedding, neat and with everything you might need. The outside seating area was pleasant and it was quite private. Generator on site was a savior

No Water from 00:00-05;00 (toilet, shower en Basin no water) Tourist Laundry hanging in front of our window, very sore for the eyes 🤦🏻‍♀️ DSTV is not working keeps on rebooting, Couldn’t watch tv at all

The generator was located a few meters from our bedroom window (back to back generators for our establishment and the one next door). Our unit had louvred windows that don't seal well. The noise was HORRENDOUS. Stage 3 load shedding meant we could not utilise our garden or braai between 7 and 9h30pm both nights. Nor could we go to sleep. None of the info sent from the establishment beforehand indicated they had a generator. This particular unit CANNOT be used during load shedding. We received a fairly sarcastic response to our first complaint, saying the generator was for our benefit.... however we would have preferred being in the dark. The benefit was at our expense for the rest of the establishment.

It is a lovely establishment and well located. The unit was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely private garden with braai facility.

The unit was right next to the generators for both Little Eden and the neighbouring resort. The noise and diesel fumes were most unpleasant. The neighbour's generator started at 6:30am and often went on until 10pm at night, depending on the loadshedding schedule. We were eventually moved to another unit for the last few days of our stay which helped a bit. The pool area was not available during the week as construction workers were on site. It would have been good if we could have been informed of this before we made the booking.

The unit was spacious and clean. Lovely braai area. Friendly staff.

The unit above us had 3 teenagers, (girls) and with the swimming right next to your room and living area, it was impossible to take an afternoon nap, or to hear the tv. They were screaming and shouting the whole afternoon. Also you can't shower when somebody else is showering in the unit above you, as the water turns hot, then cold, then hot, then cold. Also the dstv and aircon remotes doesn't work properly.

The unit was well equiped, with lovely decor. Nice pool and view.

The peace and quiet was interrupted with the sounds of the generator due to power outage.

The shower, there was a problem with the water mixture. It doesn't work properly it's either water were very hot or too cold which makes bathing a bit uncomfortable The mixture does not mix water properly.

The staff members are very good and especially the receptionist always go out of her way to ensure one is helped in whatever way.

The pool/ outdoor entertainment area is right outside your window, can get noisy if other guests use it.

That we had to walk on egg shells because our dogs apparently bothered the other guests. They were quite they hardly even barked but there was a big issued made on Christmas day. So the rest of our stay was not nice.

That it is pet friendly and that we could have taken our animal children with us on vacation. the people should know that if you go there and there is guests with dogs you gonna have to accept it. We chose this please for a reason for out pets not to go there and sit in the flat the hole day with our dogs just to please the other grumpy guests

The apartment was very dark with small windows and a thin wall between us and the noisy neighbours. The pool was lovely but right outside our two main windows which was nice until a big noisy family arrived and spent large parts of the day right outside our window. Noisy group upstairs too kept us awake till after 12. You have to close the curtains if you dont want people from the pool looking into your bedroom or lounge. The living area was small and dark and the bunk area has no windows.

The reception lady was amazing, she was friendly and booked a trip for us. They hire out bikes and although the flat was small, you could see they do try to make it nice. The garden is beautiful.

The two bedroomed apartment was actually a one double bed bedroom and two bunk beds in a passageway, en route to the common bathroom- which does not constitute a second bedroom.

sometimes even when power was on the WiFi didn’t seem to be working. this wasn’t a huge issue and perhaps to be expected with load-shedding, but more reliable wifi would have bumped up my rating from “wonderful” to “exceptional”. still a great stay!
