The response when i reported that my cellphone was stolen, i was told that the cameras don't show correctly. the shower was leaking and i reported it but it was not fixed

NIce and clean property. i enjoyed my breakfast an little Pilgrims restaurant but the in In Numbi is great, extremely cosy. both breakfats and dinner were perfect. Thanks i will come again

They didn’t change the bedding on my three nights stay which I find not acceptable.

We stayed in a family room that did not have a door between the bathroom and bedroom, so there was zero privacy after showers with kids around.

The Wi-Fi connection was very weak. The air conditioner was not functioning well.

The location pointed out a different close by hotel(Numbi). Instead of left turn, we were instructed by the navigation to continue slightly right towards the gate. The reception sign was small and not lluminating for easy read, where it is situated it not visible enough.

The vintage outlook of it grabbed our attention. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They even made sure they stayed behind until we've had our dinner. Breakfast buffet was of class and again stuff were ready to serve us in all kind of ways. Pool and bar was on point.

The stuff is amazing, all of them but I will single out Carol as she was the one who served us from the first day, she's amazing. The food is amazing plus the portions are a lot which is a bonus☺️ The rooms are clean and spacious.

To be honest, I didn't expect much as per the images on Booking but it exceeded my expectations. I love it when people love their jobs, and that's the staff at Pilgrims. It felt special, the ambience was good. I also take my hat off to the two lovely chefs that prepared our delicious breakfast and dinner. And when you first enter you greeted by I believe the hotel management, gentleman and colleague. Just super professional and helpful. I will be back for sure! Cats were also adorable.

Wifi was only available near pool. We couldn't access internet. When we arrive the bed was not the one we requested but the next day it was fixed.

The cats that were all over the place especially during outdoor breakfast. They basically were on top of our table while we were eating. The aircons in our room was too small and less effective since the room was big.

The staff was amazing. They ensured that our room was clean at all times and they were very helpful during the entire stay.

The place was neat and clean. The rooms spacious enough for a family of 4.The pool was a favorite with the kids they loved it. However the wi-fi was the only the disappointing feature as it only reached till the pool area. The spa was a beautiful experience.
