We saw geckos and lizards inside the house and my wife is afraid of them

Solly the caretaker was very nice and friendly, also very hands on when it comes to attending to our issues. The tour was also interesting and Solly is so informative about those animals , he basically taught us biology. The house is beautiful with open space. Good shower and bathroom , hot water , nice kitchen with utensils and we felt very safe.

The double bed in the main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, couldn't sleep well. Was expecting a fireplace, not that we needed one but it was in the property description. The property offered dstv but could hardly watch anything because the package didn't support most channels.

Loved the air-conditioning in the bedroom. Quiet location, yet not too far from cbd. The grounds were nice and well maintained.

I think the bed is a bit noisy and that made turning in your sleep difficult, other than that everything was convenient and nice for a quick trip

I didn't like the fact that it was difficult for me to reach the owner of the property. Also I waited 2 hours for them to open the gate for me even though I told the time in which I was going to check in. Also I think they should include Iron and Iron bord in their charlet.

Place not having solar system as back up. We had cold shower in the morning due to laodshedding. We didn't have breakfast as the electricity came back on checkout time.

There was little or no water when there was loadsheding. The couch bed was very uncomfortable. The units were not serviced.

The floor was a bit dusty and there was no broom nor mop to clean up for ourselves. I'd suggest getting smart TVs so that guests connect to their streaming apps (Netflix etc). The place has a lot of flies, yes there's a zoo nearby but I felt more measures could be put to minimize the flies. The bed was a 3/4 and had booked for a double bed.

The location was super, away from town. Loved the set-up of the house, made us feel like home. The pool was a plus as well 👍🏾. House units are spaced away from each other hence no bothering or bumping to other guests. There was absolutely no noise and was super convenient for non alcoholics. The caretaker Mr Solly was the best, efficient service from him, much appreciated. All in all we were happy.

On my arrival calling natile and not answering my calls and not coming back to me and had to call another number which is stated on the booking and that person saying he doesn't know anything and he is not working there.

We didn't have towels and TV the security guard had to get them from another room Also complementary bathsoap or shower gel. No coffee or tea For 1000 per night you would assume the above are available. The place is big enough... and has great potential Also they only accept cash as payment and there's a deposit of 500 cash for the room key 🔑 which is not even attached to the gate tag. So you will need someone to open the gate for you

WiFi signal not strong. Gate remote is needed. Zoo entrance should be a bit cheaper. Sewage system is a bit slow. Dirt road especially with rain.

Private, friendly and natural surrounding. Spacious. Fresh air. Good aircon. Comfy couch.
