Breakfast service takes too long and if you are in a hurry to get to a meeting you will end up leaving without food. Suggest laying the cold breakfast as a buffet and let clients order the hot meal.

The excessively warm temperatures and malfunctioning air conditioner made it quite challenging to get a good night's sleep. Aside from that, there was nothing I disliked.

One of the guest in room 102 had a terrible sewerage smell from the tap water in his shower.

Location was good. Generator kept property powered during load shedding. Aircon was great. Worked during load shedding. Nice deck smoking area. Neat and clean.

There were others guests who kept on making noise the whole night, singing nonstop. I felt like that was disrespectful to other guests who wanted peace and queit

The issue of parking on the day of the RWC match was a but frustrating, but the receptionist with the assistance of one of the male employees who came to assist, averted what could have been a frustrating evening for us.

For people that had travelled over 800km from Gauteng, it was lovely to reside in a hotel that had all the amenities. The Receptionist was very helpful when we needed assistance, especially with parking when there was an overload of what looked like casual visitors for the Rugby World Cup Final Match. Unfortunately, as we were not visiting for leisure, we never got time for meals.

When we checked in, the girl at reception allocated us to a room where the DSTV wasn't working. We couldn't watch the Springbok game. Later, when I wanted to take a shower, the tap in the bathroom wasn't working properly. My husband requested assistance from reception, and we were moved to the room next door, which was a little inconvenient as we had already settled in our room. The second room was a little smaller, but at least the DSTV worked, and there were no problems with the tap. The next morning, when we went to the dining area for breakfast, the woman who was manning the front desk told us to take a seat, that someone would attend to us shortly. We waited for over 20 minutes, and no one came. When my husband decided to inquire, we were told that we should've received a menu and placed our breakfast order already. Thank you to Abongile for attending to us so swiftly after becoming aware of the situation. I would suggest equipping the room with an iron and bottled water, as well as more than one towel.

Loved the massive shower. The room also had ample space. There was a microwave, fridge and a kettle. The breakfast was top class. My husband had the omelet and struggled to finish it as it was more than enough. We also received five star service from Abongile.

Not easy to find location - took us to the wrong hotel, entrance not easily identifiable, we had to wait outside to call where is the entrance.

It took a bit of a while to be noticed at the gate on arrival. Did my eyes miss a bell or a similar item? Some overenthisiastic guests were noisy in the dining area. An item or two were missing in the bathroom but were promptly attended to upon enquiry. Soundproof or not?

Modern, neat big room. Functional facilities. Power backup during load shedding. Availability of dinner a good convenience. Pleasant waitressing during breakfast and dinner. The meals were also well presented and delicious.
