Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaThe noise at night was a turn-off… got to bed around midnight and there were people speaking very loudly outside our room soon after we slept, then a bit later again. Also, loud music around 7am… they need to manage the noise better. Particularly because our room was close to the entrance and the dining area.

South AfricaThe receptionist when I arrived was completely disinterested in me, although the lady on duty when I left was friendly. There was no information/literature in the room and I had to call down to reception for the Wi-Fi code. One tiny triangle of milk is very disappointing.
The hotel is a new build within what were once flats, so it's all still sparkling clean and modern. The rooms are literally enormous and the shower was fantastic. Great breakfast too.

South AfricaIn the advertisement they you pay for breakfast as well so the money you pay for stay includes breakfast.When we got there I asked what time is their breakfast they said at 7::00.We got there at 7:15 and they told us it's only at 8:00 so to me they lied about breakfast there is NO breakfast I still want my change actually we did not get a breakfast we had to leave all the way back to Cape town.
