We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe issue of parking on the day of the RWC match was a but frustrating, but the receptionist with the assistance of one of the male employees who came to assist, averted what could have been a frustrating evening for us.
For people that had travelled over 800km from Gauteng, it was lovely to reside in a hotel that had all the amenities. The Receptionist was very helpful when we needed assistance, especially with parking when there was an overload of what looked like casual visitors for the Rugby World Cup Final Match. Unfortunately, as we were not visiting for leisure, we never got time for meals.

South AfricaWhen we checked in, the girl at reception allocated us to a room where the DSTV wasn't working. We couldn't watch the Springbok game. Later, when I wanted to take a shower, the tap in the bathroom wasn't working properly. My husband requested assistance from reception, and we were moved to the room next door, which was a little inconvenient as we had already settled in our room. The second room was a little smaller, but at least the DSTV worked, and there were no problems with the tap. The next morning, when we went to the dining area for breakfast, the woman who was manning the front desk told us to take a seat, that someone would attend to us shortly. We waited for over 20 minutes, and no one came. When my husband decided to inquire, we were told that we should've received a menu and placed our breakfast order already. Thank you to Abongile for attending to us so swiftly after becoming aware of the situation. I would suggest equipping the room with an iron and bottled water, as well as more than one towel.
Loved the massive shower. The room also had ample space. There was a microwave, fridge and a kettle. The breakfast was top class. My husband had the omelet and struggled to finish it as it was more than enough. We also received five star service from Abongile.

South AfricaIt took a bit of a while to be noticed at the gate on arrival. Did my eyes miss a bell or a similar item? Some overenthisiastic guests were noisy in the dining area. An item or two were missing in the bathroom but were promptly attended to upon enquiry. Soundproof or not?
Modern, neat big room. Functional facilities. Power backup during load shedding. Availability of dinner a good convenience. Pleasant waitressing during breakfast and dinner. The meals were also well presented and delicious.
