Firstly, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. On my first night, the couple in the room next door were quite loud around 11pm. I was very tired from driving 800km and was trying to sleep, but their noise made it difficult. I understand that couples may want to enjoy themselves(if you know what I mean), but it would be considerate of them to be mindful of other guests who are trying to rest. Secondly, the bathroom floor was very slippery. I fell and almost broke my leg on my last day after taking a shower. I'm not sure what can be done to prevent this, but it would be helpful if there was a way to make the bathroom floor less slippery. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

To provide an honest review, the location is ideal. The hotel is situated near Florida Road, which is the busiest area in Durban with numerous restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean, and the shower, toilet, and bed were very comfortable. The staff members were friendly and always willing to assist. Most importantly, the security measures were excellent, which is crucial, especially for those unfamiliar with the area.

I paid reservations fee and had to wait two and half hour to be told to have prof of payment 2 they made us sign that you can't drink in the premises, I think that should be written also when booking coz we were there for fun not business

We struggled to find a three-pin plug to plug the iron to, the only one available was inside the closet which made it harder to iron in the room. There is one in the passage but the plug for that is in front of someone's door. Other than the plug blunder, this place is great, cannot recommend it enough.

The place is incredibly clean, fresh, modern and luxurious. The rooms are spacious. I love the outdoor seating area. The amenities is the room are awesome. It's a stone throw from the popular Florida Road. I'll definitely be back for a longer period. Love, love, love.

Shocking to say but i like everything about the place. Im a critic but it ticked every box for me and my partner Just had noisy neighbors doing the dance at night

I liked the color scheme...greys...whites and black...AMAZING. Good lighting...very romantic The receptionist we found was very nice. She made us feel at home and we definitively coming back cz we found a sister. We liked the location, bathroom...overall room...close to all good restuarants. Very private area. The cleaning staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Room was fantastically clean and FRESH smelling.
