Attention to detail, lovely touches of many varieties of toiletries and stocked drawers of everything one may need both in pharmacy and in the tea and coffee cupboard, with homemade cookies, rusks and sweetie jar. Our homemade breakfasts and dinners were delicious with thoughtful touches and beautifully presented. Warm welcome and lovely hosts and staff!

I liked everything.

The hosts were extremely kind and caring. Made us feel comfortable. Casper went the extra mile & helped us with our braai. Leenster's picnic box is to die for! My kids thoroughly enjoyed all the goodies inside.

We stayed in the tree house. And wow! What a work of art! Everything was beautifully presented and so well considered. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a thoughtful property in terms of needs and comfort. Excellent bed, sheets, towels, soft fluffy robes, excellent water pressure! It was very accessible and yet very private. All the meals were delicious and beautifully presented and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Knowing beforehand that there are dogs on the property - though they are cute - they can be overwhelming for someone who doesn't live with dogs, so a heads up would be awesome.

Breakfast was awesome, very creative too. Felt special having it delivered to our door each morning. The location is gorgeous - being under trees like that was so cool. Our hosts were super thoughtful and kind to us.

Fantastic, homemade breakfast. Very comfortable apartment, lovely views of the river. The apartment is especially well-equipped, with anything you might need from emergency toiletries to quality Victorix kitchen knives. The beds are incredibly comfortable - we slept like logs. Highly recommended.

The parking was a bit tricky, but it was easier during daylight :)

What a gem!! The hosts , Casper & Leenster, were super friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully situated next to the river, with such fine attention to detail. We ordered dinner and it was fabulous. Breakfast was also great. The newly installed hot tub outside, was a bonus!
