Security access. The biometric system did not work for the entire inspite of redoing it. Attitude of Security guards varied from very pleasant to downright rude.

Nothing really except that it would have been awesome if the unit had its own braai however this wasnt a train smash as the complex has gas braais on the rooftop by the pools, that we used without any hiccups. PS take your own dishwashing liquid if you are going to handwash dishes. The unit does have a dishwasher as well.

Loved the comfortable furnishings and good quality bedding. The apartment is very modern and has killer 180 degree seaviews from.the balcony. Nice touches were the complimentary hand sanitizers and Ciro Coffee packs. The host also supplied all the necessary information and check in procedure via whatsapp.

The facility didn’t have cleaning agents in the kitchen and house keeping wasn’t available until departure day, not good for a long stay.

Have 2 or 3 things firstly the network is bad especially Telkom and secondly the lady sent me a message telling me she had 7 champagne glasses which ther were missing she told me I should pay R650 which I refuse because we didn't find any champagne glasses but instead they was wine glasses and there were only 5 but than again I think that's what she call champagne glasses but we really enjoy our stay shame I won't lie

DStv didn't connect. It would be nice if there is cleaning staff everday not just on check out. Inflexible with check out time. The bed was small, I think it was just normal double bed. It you are tall, your feet will hang a bit.

The lift got stuck and my husband was told to wait 20 minutes for help which was not right, so they might want to look into their service

The walk to the beach is further then 20/30 mins if you want to swim, its not ideal to walk and its better to drive especially if you have children. Location location location - while Sibiya is half to Umdloti and Umhlanga - you need to leave the flat daily for restaurants/shops and beaches for either one and UBER Eats does not delivery to the area. There are no chairs by the pool. The place is ideal for a weekend stay I don’t thinks its suited for a week stay especially if you have kids. As one of the rules state “This is not a resort rather a place of residence”

The place is new with modern finishes and appliances. The property looks better in person then what it does in the photos. The host is great and responds to communication promptly. The Sea view and view of the pools is refreshing to see on a daily basis
