Obtaining the keys was a bit inconvient and the location provided wasn't accurate.

Cutlery was very old and I could not find a reasonably sharp knife. The door to the second bathroom did not close properly so it lacked privacy.

It was a fantastic location with a lovely view of the sea, the communication with the host/Property owner was really good.

Photo's shows modern furnished flat and kitchen. There are actually two different units, Booking not clear on which photo's are for which unit. Microwave, oven, walls and scatter cushions on bed was dirty.

It left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The fridge wasnt properly cleaned when we checked in. The throws and towels were not clean. The washing machine was running when we checked in.

The location and views were perfect. The unit was beautifully furnished, it had what we were looking for. The owner gave us a few hours after check out, which was very sweet and considerate.

Extractor fan very dirty and shower ceilings need to be fixed,came across a few large cockroaches and WiFi never worked in the bedroom TV. WiFi also cut off completely the night before we left until our departure. It's way too small for the price.

The beachfront views however there are large trees that obstructed the views so we sat by the rails to get a better view of the beach,the trees need a bit of trimming. The beautiful kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. Aircon was amazing. It's cosy and is in close proximity to the beach and little restaurants.

Beautiful location right by the beach. Actual apartment was world class and communication throughout was swift and attentive.

The remote for the gate was not working so we had to keep calling the host to open every time we were driving in and out. It was a bit irritating.

No full DSTV channels as advertised. The unit is Chakas Cove number 9. No where does it say Pelikans Pad. Bit confusing.

The beds were too short for my 6 foot son!

Lovely location. Didn’t stay long so can’t comment too much but it was a very nice apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Toaster did not work. The host did respond immediately to say she wasn't aware and that it will be replaced. Bathroom extractor fan was dusty and should be cleaned and the bathroom tiles under the wooden shower boards have stains.

The Apartment is truly stunning plus no load shedding. Beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. Views are amazing and beach access. Good WIFI connectivity and check in procedure was simple. Lovely restaurants within walking distance across the road.

It will be nice to have satellite/dstv available but smart tv with Netflix and other streaming options were available.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Looking straight onto the ocean with private gate onto the beach. Spectacularview! Well equipped kitchen. Excellent internet speed available. Beds were very comfortable. Nice to be able to watch Netflix. Location is perfect with short drives to 'old cbd' (4 min), Balito Life Style centre and Junction (5-7 min) and Mount Richmore shopping center (5 min). A few very nice restaurants just accros the road Salt Cafe). The beach is fantastic with a short walk to Salt Rock beach. From apartment you look down onto the most beautiful tidal pool (Chaka's Rock tidal pool) full off sea life! One of the best places we have stayed and recommended it to family and friends.

The cleaner comes in, then sit and sleep at the kitchen table waiting for us to finish and go out. The cleaner leaves wet towels in the washing mashine every day, not hanging them. Otherwise everything all good.

Need extra cleaning of items( kettle, toaster, Couches, outside furniture, patio furniture, BBQ area table and window corner. Including the main bedroom mirror holder. We expected a private house not attached to any buildings and steps. Was surprised that it was part of a block of flats. Would have been good to know before hand that the property is more like an Air Band B. It did not smell like a hotel. Having to collect and drop off key was a drag. Would be great to have a closer location, especially for guests using Bolt. We had to pay double the amount.
