I was not informed about the rules a while prior before my stay. Struggled with the lockbox, waited 15minutes to get a hold of the owner. They only sent me correct address a few hours before my stay. The bed and couch is uncomfortable.

Never given access to the lagoon beach, the host told me she will revert back to me and never did until I checked out. I also didn’t like how I had to request for an access code each time I went out.

The property was clean and it smells lovely. All basic things were present in the house.

The towels weren’t washed properly, still had stains. The host is a bad person. Can’t communicate well. Didn’t care for my complaints. Didn’t renew my pin in order for me to enter/exit the estate so I struggled. Very mean and rude.

The coffee was provided in our room, we thank you for that, however there was no sugar ,tea and milk the containers were empty. Soap was not provided at the toilet aswe.l

Even though the place was clean, we experience some bugs and roaches. We thought that more cleaning supplies could have been given. The rules requested that we clean the dishes before we leave, however we couldn't find a sponge to clean the dishes and landed up wetting kitchen towels. There wasn't toilet paper on the hook, so we thought that none was supplied and we didnt bring our own. We managed to find some in one of the kitchen cupboards. We just thought that it would have been better if there was a roll already on the hook. There were also only two towels supplied for showering. With a lifestyle centre and lagoon near by, we really thought that having more towels would be a good addition. Also, the unit was a self catering unit, but felt that there were a lack of essential items to be able to cook efficiently. The unit is better suited for quick oven or microwave dinners as opposed to creating full on meals, especially with such a small kitchen. Lastly, rather book two nights instead of one as on check out date there is no access to the lagoon, which we were not aware of before hand, so to make optimal use of the opportunity, book more than 1 night.

I really enjoyed that the apartment was clean and neatly presented when we arrived. The keys were also easy to retrieve from the lock box. The Lifestyle centre was the highlight of the accommodation, and thankfully the unit was position within close walking distance to the centre. We didn't spend too much time in the unit.

Our check in was really not good. If u can fix check in time and stick to your plan. No black man back for bins. No air conditioner, some of us like cool place

The bedding and towels were dirty. The place was not swept or mopped. Counters were dirty. The shower and basin had not been cleaned prior to our arrival.

The apartment was easy to find. Access was arranged and we had no issues checking in. The host was available on the phone when needed. The internet was easily accessible and the smart TV already connected to the apps most used.

I paid for the cleaning but during my stay no one came to clean our place. I also planned to check out at and still be able to go to the lagoon but was told that we could not go to the lagoon on a check out day. They said there is a sofa bed in the living area only to find out that it was just a sofa/couch.

The place is in a beautiful and secure Estate. The place was also beautiful and wonderfully furnished.

Accessing the beach was not easy, so u end up not going as it's not easily accessible. The passport is a piece of paper that can be easily lost. Why are we not allowed in the Lagoon on the day of departure/checking out day.
