Mattresses need replacing - lost their firmness. Hurting back after sleep. Not enough glasses, coffee cups. Guest bathroom needs fumigation (a few unwelcome guests found).

Could have more kitchen things like scissors , swabs more bowls and a bit more modern glasses especially wine glasses. Needed more throws or blankets can get chilly

It was very close to everything that we planned to do on the weekend. Golf , boat cruise also could drive out of the city easily if needed. Great views staff available when required.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house, it’s situated at a stunning location, it is well equipped with everything you need, very clean and chic. It is solar powered which is great, unfortunately due to bad weather that meant no hot water to shower for us but would still highly recommend this place especially in summer

There are quite a few advanced appliances, a manual to operate each one would be helpful. Also if it is winter, another warm blanket is required.

We really loved it. There wasn’t really much pots or baking trays, so limited to cook but we sill managed perfectly well.

Be aware if elderly or if have young children that there are steps up to front door. Doors could do with some maintenance. Front door warped and had to give it a big push to close, and bifold doors could do with some oiling as were difficult to close ( have same doors myself at home). Handle on one bathroom was broken off. But these were really small things. Loved our holiday.

Bird life in the trees in garden and in the open vlei in front of property was a treat, Huge balcony on front and another to the side of the property with sea views, could choose if wanted to sit in the sun or shade. Great BBQ, plenty of wood. Very comfortable beds, Very well decorated, love the art on the walls. Lovely open plan living. Not affected by load shedding as had solar panels. Lovely staff.

The view was stunning. The apartment was spacious enough for the four of us. Very quiet and peaceful, will definitely come back. Felsch very accommodating and helpful.

The place is great but needs a little more furnishing to truly make it luxury (more kitchen utensils/trays, hairdryer, even a starter pack for tea coffee etc) but was Enough for a short stay for people that didn’t spend a pack of time there. Guest book would be a great addition.

Felsch was a pleasure to meet and was very friendly and forthcoming, large spacious and comfy beds! Amazing views over the bay.

Lack of Accessibility to cleaning utensils like Mop, broom. Also I had to ask for an iron, there was no ironing board.

Beautiful space, beautiful location. The house is just amazing. The solar power was genius for the loadshedding. Complimentary wine was the cherry on top.

The house is gorgeous and opens up onto amazing views, and is a short stroll away from the beach. We loved the decor touches and what a lovely surprise to be off the grid, with the great solar energy support. Feilsh was such a great help and added to our wonderful stay. And we also enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine as a gift from our hosts.

the stay was near perfect but we would have liked some sort of instruction manual re the coffee machine, the wifi (I don’t think there was anyway), where to leave the keys, pick up the keys, safety guides, instructions for security etc. the available utensils were very minimal - no tin opener. I’m so glad we had memory there upon our arrival or we would have been very lost. she told us where the supermarket was and how to get to the beach - all things that would be helpful in a welcome instruction manual. luckily we are South African but internationals would have been a bit lost. a nice welcome message from a host is always welcomed… food for thought for next time :)

we were met by the housekeeper who was just divine, kind, friendly and lovely. the home is perfectly located, far away enough from the village to feel secluded but close enough to have quick access to what you need. INCREDIBLE views, amazingly comfortable bedrooms and home.
