The toilet flushing mechanism was broken before we arrived. We had to lift the lid of the cistern to manually manipulate the plunger mechanism.

Place is nice, clean and quiet no pats roaming around. From the gate security office so friendly and helpful and the place very safe and the parking. The building in good location for beach view and buildings.

The stairs and distance to get your luggage and groceries to and from the vehicle is very inconvenient and drain your energy completely especially after a long day of traveling.

The facility is clean and have everything and more that you need on vacation. A home away from home. The host was kind and very accommodating and responded quickly when a problem was reported. The location to beaches and restaurants is very central.

Air-conditioning system did not work. The unit gets really hot in the day and it gets hit with direct sunlight.

I loved the ocean views, full kitchen and small cozy pleace.

The bed was not comfortable.We could do with spare pillows , as we sleep using two pillow each. No DSTV could not watch the rugby match on Sat morning.

It’s a lot of stairs to lug a suitcase up and down. Please tip the people that help! Okay so - there was a really loud party going on next door to me my first night of arrival. I was very sleep deprived and this was happening past quiet hour. I tried to contact the person in management via WhatsApp however they informed me the security could help but that they didn’t have the number. I said I would monitor the situation and asked how I could ask for security with no number. No response. I then asked for security assistance some time later, and got no response. Still havnt! I’m sorry but this is a disgrace. For a security fitted building you need to give guests a number to contact security, that is the whole point. If something bad would have happened, as a female solo traveller I would have been stuck. Secondly, the air conditioning is so loud and drips water you can’t really use it for sleeping. Thirdly, it’s a nice apartment but I wouldn’t call it luxury. The windows at the top aren’t even clear enough to look out of, there’s damage to walls, the couch has stains. The location isn’t central for walking but I was aware of that. It’s along a highway so you will be a cab if you don’t have w car. Cabs aren’t always available , sometimes yourre waiting upwards of an hour. I suggest bring a car if booking here.

The security staff helped me with my bag and another kind staff member who I think was there for painting. I was just arriving from Australia and exhausted but would have liked to give them a tip in hindsight!!

The location. Was very central to all activities, restaurants and shops. Value for money. Very neat and well maintained. Communication was very clear and concise. Highly recommend.

When we opened the door there was a weird smell. Going to the bathroom it was even worse. The bath mat was still wet from previous guests. The floor was really dirty. I sent the host a message but we didn’t receive any reply. We decided to stay at another accommodation as this one didn’t meet our expectations.
