Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaThe toilet seat was all messed up. The room I stayed in had no windows -so if I didn't open the sliding door, I didn't really get much fresh air. The shower wasn't clean either, I couldn't use the TV cause the plugs only allowed for one adapter to be plugged in.

South AfricaWhen we opened the room there was like a damp smell,and discovered that the carpet in the bathroom was damp so it gave off a smell,there was a fan but no heater,heaters should/could be provided if you providing a fan,there was a used toilet roll provided in the bathroom an nothing more.The shower had mould stains in certain areas and also there was a used soap in the shower.Also there was an unusual stain on the bedding and pillow case.
Bed was comfortable,and like the fact there were extra blankets provided. Breakfast was provided.

South AfricaTheir service is not good, no attention to their guests. They knew our arriving time but when we got there, the gate opened for us, we waited outside for about 15/20 minutes, no one was there to welcome us, until we called. That's when they attended us. In the morning when we had to leave, we tried calling them to tell that we're leaving, no one answered the phone, so we left without their knowledge. The room is dusty, it could use some little swiping. Dirty bedding and non-working tv. Sliding door not working properly.
I asked for a brown bread, but they served us white bread. I could not enjoy the breakfast because I don't eat white bread. Clean toilet and hot water did it for me.

The staff was very friends, with regards to the rooms there could be improvement, the closet doors were broken, the door to our room is glass and has no privacy they can improve on that. Parking is a bit of a challenge otherwise the price for the place is not bad at all.
