The shower drain isn’t draining well in room 2 but all in all the place is clean thanks for that . If you can fix the drain in the shower we would appreciate.

the prices advertised on Booking.com don’t correspond to what I was charged and it’s not the first time . on Booking.com they advertised R633 per room including taxes but I was charged R700 per room 😭😭

I loved everything about the venue however the only confusion is, M Crystal's is advertised as a bed and breakfast (B&B) and we had been told that the kitchen staff was sent on holiday therefore we will not be served breakfast and under the same breath we were smelt amazing aroma of food. Let's say that was a "self catered by guest" situation. From my point of view, there should have been substitutes for the kitchen staff. And that would have been the solution that I would've loved to hear. With all that being said, I wouldn't want to see such a beautiful place be in trouble for false advertising, it wouldn't be worth the hard work achieved thus far.

The facility was very calm and peaceful. The scenery of the wild bushes from my balcony was the cherry on top. Well located venue, amazing cheerful staff with cleanliness worthy of a 5Star hotel. I would definitely recommend friends and family to M-Crystals

Nobody answered the number that was provided. The gate at the property was open when we arrived at night and it appeared to stay open for awhile.

The property was clean and the lady that assisted us was friendly and helpful.

The noise at night for people of which they had a party, there was a smoke inside the house we even switched off the aircon because we ended up coughing due to the smell of what they were smoking in the house. They kept on opening and closing the doors. We slept around 3.am I wished that the owner was staying on premises. We also did not want to call her by that night. It was very late. It was a bad experience ever that we had before.butvthe venue is very beautifui it the can replace the shower door.

The room we got wasn't the best - the bed was hard and uncomfortable, bathroom had no shower door, plus the door that separates the room from the bathroom didn't fit the actual dimension, for people who are sharing there wasn't any hygiene privacy in the room when the other was in the bathroom.

Location is great, Staff is welcoming, the whole facility is clean.

Room 1 which we were allocated to upon arrival was terrible. The bed is very old and the mattress wobbly, springy and make creaky noises. The small pillows are stuff with very noisy materials you wont be able to sleep. The room is too small and the bath is just plain basic and very uninteresting. The lady who received us lied that the place was fully booked and hence could not give us another room but the place was empty and had only us and another guest.
