Tree at parking wasn't trimmed properly so branches repeatedly hit my car. One light switch/the fan wasn't working. The power in the unit kept tripping so we got back from adventures to find a warmish fridge.

The dishes weren't washed properly from previous person's stay, there was also no mop to use as I messed some coldrink on the floor and wanted clean it, but wasn't able to. There were a lot of items missing from the inventory list, the safe box code for the keys opens before the full code has been entered. These are minor things and didn't affect our stay at all.

The room was comfortable, everything was in working order, we had no issues with our booking, entry to the reserve was easy, welcoming and efficient.

The boma area for 257A Peace is awkwardly situated compared to all the other units. No pathwatly to boma. And unkept around boma area

The path way to the braai/boma area was overgrown with weed and lots of rubbish. That however was a reflection on the cleaning/managing company and not the owner. I suspect the cleaner helped herself to our refreshments as her sobriety level went from 10 to 2 in a couple of hours. She also removed damaged items and it wasn't returned by the time we left. The patio area was only cleaned on request. There was no broom else I could've done it myself.

The unit was nice with a huge king-size bed and large shower. The aircon definitely helped with extreme heat wave we had while there. The owner was extremely accommodating.

Unfortunately no WiFi and that was not convenient for Overseas visitors.The central fan could not be reached ,temperature was really hot and air-conditioning was not great. Unfortunately had loadshedding so this added to high temperature.

Quaint Chalets, Ideal for a short vacation from Johannesburg. Had the most excellent experience with the Elephabts ,Warthog, birds.

The Environment was great. Having animals moving around was cool. We received a warm welcome from the kudus. Just after entering the unit, there they were standing on our doorstep. It was so cool.

The place is very peaceful, and all the animal roaming around, the game drive was lovely and the ranger was very entertaining

The accommodation was amazing and just enough for us two. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of animal life in the environment. We weren't able to see the elephants and every second animal we saw was a warthog.

The accommodation was honestly amazing and comfortable. We had an amazing trip. The hearts on the bed were also the cutest, the unit had a variety of everything we could possibly need. It really was just the best
